A haven for pastry enthusiasts! Unbelievable delicious treats that are worth the wait (the line moves pretty fast). From flaky croissants to decadent desserts, each creation is a masterpiece of flavor and craftsmanship. Must visit and highly recommend!

Amazing pastries here. Ordered one of almost everything and still going through it all to try it all! I’d definitely come back again! Online orders (preset boxes) looked great and packaged well! Their in store menu has a wider selection which was all great!Food - 10/10. So good I’d go daily if it was closer!Service - 10/10. Everyone is super friendly and helpful inside! Just a heads up, it is a smaller building so not many customers can be inside at once, so expect a wait!Atmosphere - cozy contemporary vibes! The pastries are also displayed nicely and seemingly in order of palette (salty pastries on one side, sugary on the other) which was helpful in ordering!Parking: Plaza area with plenty of parking. There is also closer parking in the back side towards the garbage area

Top tier bakery. Only open a couple days a week while the prep the menu and ingredients, and expect a 45min line that starts to queue an hour before they open. The pilgrimage is worth it. The Crube (croissant cube) is a must. Check out their Instagram for the weekly offerings!

The pastry are beautifully. But there is jam or cream inside each one. It is too sweet for me. The jalapeño bread is very delicious.

My wife and I have been stopping in nearly every weekend for the past few months and are never disappointed. We get a loaf of the marvelous sourdough bread and a handful of pastries. We haven't been let down yet, and we don't expect to be anytime soon. Everything is carefully crafted, beautifully presented, and unbelievably delicious. Pre-ordering online is fantastic, but you'll want to grab some extra goodies, so just join the line when you arrive. It moves fast and the reward of wonderful treats is worth it.

This is an unsolicited, unbiased, review. Why should you consider picking up an item here regularly? The baked goods are consistently good, the service is excellent, and this is a locally owned business (shout out to Randy Sebastian and Laura Kate Adelman, Owners/Partners). You might be inclined to want to support them...they are talented. Truly.I am obviously a fan. I find the various baked goods to be of superior quality. I feel confident you will find something that meets your culinary tastes or wishes. If you like superior pastries, I encourage you to give Sebastian Bakehouse a try. I am confident that you will be glad you did.PS: I have to comment on one review that questioned price and commented that they preferred another vendor for their croissant. Taste is subjective. I have no issue with that. Where I take issue? You can't POSSIBLY give Sebastian a single star because you prefer another provider or you aren't pleased with the price point. Come ON - this is a small business with superior quality - be fair. Awarding a single star is purely mean spirited and truly not appropriate.PS: Note to Lorraine Baker... come ON. You can't possibility, legitimately, rate a small business one star because they keep hours you don't happen to like. If you review a business on Google, review their products. That is legitimate. There is NO possible way anyone is going to rate this bakery one star based on their products. Lorraine, where is your empathy? Where is your kindness? These two owners are trying to grow their business and make a living. All you did was maliciously attempt to harm them because you weren't happy with their hours. That is simply wrong. And by the way, they are opened over the weekend...Saturday and Sunday ... and YES, they often sell out...and YES, people wait in line. Why? Because they are that creative and that good.

The black sesame and strawberry flavors in the NY roll are too conflicting. Both contents are delicious, but when they are paired together, I don’t know what the theme is.The chocolate strawberry eclair was not good, and the strawberry jam felt cheap. The original croissant is good, with crispy skin and a fragrant flour flavor.I got up early and there were too many people in line. After waiting for 30 minutes, I think 11 o'clock is a better time. Waiting too long will reduce the satisfaction of eating bread.-Came back to edit the review after reading the store's reply. Wrote in English in case any misunderstanding. Cheap strawberry jam doesn't mean that it cannot be delicious, right? I don't see any conflict here. It just meant it's kind of not worth it because your products are much more expensive than other bakeries. We expect to have some delicate products. The original croissant and the raspberry one were both pretty good actually. We were just saying that probably visit again when you change menu. However, I don't think we will visit such store again who used ironic words to its customers. ?‍♂️

And I quote from my partner when we were comparing notes on how good our pastries were : “If they were within walking distance of the house, I’d be walking there to get another.” We are more into savory for breakfast so we agreed that we wish we both got the Hot Honey Pepperoni Croissant Danish and split the absolutely delicious Ruby Raspberry Dipped Croissant. No complaints though bc we both loved our own pastries and the bite of each others.

Absolutely the cutest shop! I loved the workers here, super kind and patient. The baked goods are super amazing, such a decadent taste and designs! Supporting this small business is a treat for me already. A little pricier but definitely worth it, the quality is unmatched!!
