Just came in for coffee but was treated with hospitable service! I can tell they take great care for the other customers that were also in the store. Wished i couldve had the appetite to get more pastries and baked goods cuz the shop was organized very well.

I've been eating Servatii's almond Stollen for two decades and it is always the highlight of our Christmas breakfast. This year, the stollen was different. I don't know if it was overcooked, the type of flour was changed, or if it was too old, as it was very dry and looks different from past years and the pictures online. I hope I got a bad batch as the stollen I bought from Trader Joe's (which is cheaper but usually much inferior) was much better. Please check the quality of the stollens for next year.

In a city known for several remarkable bakeries, Servati's stands tall on the Cincinnati skyline. This is my go-to place to order a decorated cake. I love their icing from among their competitors. The cakes are always fresh, moist and will last several days (without drying out) if refrigerated when a person is unable to eat the whole thing. Servati's is my number 1 choice for regular round or decorated sheet cakes. Moist and delicious. Cincinnati is blessed to have this long-time, family-owned business. The counter personnel at the Hyde Park location are top-notch.

When I was a kid and someone said they had gotten their birthday cake from servatii I was always upset.There's just something about their buttercream that to this day makes me recoil inside. It's just an oppressive level of crunchy sweet from what's supposed to be a soft pillowy icing, from servatii has the consistency of breaking apart wet sand with a knife because it's so packed with sugar it turns nearly into rock candy. The cake itself is also a shocking level of dryness and sweetness.There are much better bakeries out there. I really don't like this one.

I would not recommend this location. I needed a dozen cupcakes for a work event and called two weeks in advance and was told I couldn't place the order over the phone at that time. I then went in person a week before I needed the order and was told the person I needed to talk to was not in and the worker could not take my order and I should come back on a different day. I went back again later in the week and was told the same thing. It's ridiculous that a reputable local bakery is not able to fulfill a simple request which I intentionally tried to place in advance. Poor star rating is not based on the bakery goods as I have no reference for that, simply on the poor customer service.

Stopped by for the first time yesterday. The gentleman behind the counter was exceptionally professional and helpful. After a few free samples that were Heavenly we purchased a sampler tray that didn't last Lon gas we devoured it. Will most definitely return.
