I stop most Fridays with the kids for donut Friday and there is never a line and the kids love the donuts or the muffins. The staff is always helpful and super nice.

Don't go first thing in the morning. They put the fresh pastries up front to get your attention. The ones in the back are old and taste like it also. If I can will post a picture

Stopped into the Anderson location while passing by, the setup is neat and everything look great. Specifically went in because of the pretzels in the window which looked phenomenal, and I will say they were. We got one pretzel stick and one pumpkin roll, as pumpkin rolls are a favorite seasonal treat of mine. The pretzel stick was thick with a good amount of salt, they tasted even better warmed up for 30 seconds. The pumpkin roll unfortunately wasn't great at all, ended up tossing it away sadly. Waste of $10 for an item, it just wasn't a classic pumpkin roll. Way to much powdered sugar and the frosting seemed to be made from powdered sugar and crisco, not cream cheese filling like normal rolls come with. The one worker that was in there also wasn't very pleasant, quite unhappy from the looks but hey, everyone has bad days. I'll probably return to try out some other items for sure.

While visiting relatives I stopped in two different Servatii's and had excellent service both locations. Such wonderful bakeries! I bought a lemon meringue pie at one and Key lime pie at the other. Sooo good!

I'm rating on customer service alone. Beware about calling and asking questions about ordering product. I understand they're busy and I'm fine with being put on hold. But don't snap at me when I ask a question and huff when I ask the price. I'm a paying customer that was planning on a large order. I'll just go to a different location and give them my money.

The cherry pie I purchased I found not enjoyable the crust was soft along with to much sugar and possible out of date there was no date when it was made. This is my opinion, failed to ask how old or when it was baked. Will not purchase another pie from this pastry shop.

Wonderful baked goods but a very poor customer experience at the Anderson store today. After browsing awhile, I inquired why there was no pricing on their items (e.g., packaged cookies) and was told "we don't do that because often those items are given as gifts." Okay, so how about signs on the shelf? The response was, "We don't do that. You can contact our company to provide feedback." Really snippy. Had never had that experience at Servati before. I left and went to Buskens, who also has great products but so much less pricey. They put pricing on their products, and have a much friendlier staff. And a fantastic cheese danish. My new go-to bakery.
