Cake, as always at Servatti's, is good. But displeased with one of the representatives because Starlina at 4:27 pm on Thursday March 7, at White Oak location asked if me if I had a handicap placard for my vehicle in front of the store outside. What does parking outside of the store have to do with sales and the baked goods inside of the store? I was highly disappointed and felt like racial discrimination. I bought my slice of cake. As I was asked about the handicap placard, I answered her question because I am in the service industry as well. I would have never asked that question to anyone, but I also do know the parking rules and regulations for the city, county, and stste as a young black female.

Ordered a pretzel tray and spinach dip. You get a million pretzels and the smallest dip they have for 25 bucks. I had to purchase another dip. Ridiculous. What a rip off.

One of my favorites! I hope they stay local in white oak forever. The pretzels and cheese dip of any kind is delicious. And almost every desert is mouth watering! LOVE!

great bakery been going here for 20+ years. only thing I don't like is how they run out of food so quickly. first come first serve.... get there before 10am or your choices will be severely limited

Got the pretzel sandwich and some cookies. Barely got a piece of the sandwich (grabbed a piece before it was gone), and the tea cookies are always a hit. Customer service is always good.

Best in town for pastries and sweet goodies of all types. Folks working their butts off on Sat AM with line almost out the door! (Doesn't help folks who pick 2 dozen donuts one at a time) but they have patience of Job indeed! Thanks for taking care of us all!!

Store is clean and selections are good but the people that wait on you act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. Have switched to NCH bakery where the people are friendly.

mostly posting for myself so i never go here again. have gone to this location 3 times. each time they are rude, short, & unhelpful. it's my favorite chicken salad ever so i guess i keep forgetting their service or look past it. never again
