We placed togo order, my husband went to pick up. We tipped around 10% for pick up. And they CIRCLED to the amount of money we tipped and had attitude. I don't understand this situation. We didn't dine in and what are they expecting from pick up order? Horrible experience, never would go back.

Day old Crab Rangoon as the host told me. It definitely tasted as such. It didn't fry to a crisp and was very chewy and sweet.

In a quest to find the best Chinese in the city, Sichuan Palace makes their case but I will keep searching. The Kung Pao Chicken was the highlight. If you are like me and my gf and get grossed out by large/uneven looking chicken then here is your sign to get this because the chicken is small and delicious. The sauce is sweet and fairs well with the fried rice. The Peppered Beef was decent. It doesn't pack a ton of flavor, it was more so just to have a variety of meats on the table. I found myself chewing for long periods of time, but I didn't mind. The dumplings were solid but were carried by the Chilli Oil. They sell that stuff by the container. It's hot, it's spicy, and I'm sure they sell a lot of it. The fried rice was okay, pretty bland. Overall Sichuan Palace is good, but it's not great. Scratch that, it's great but it's not $60 Dinner for 2 great. I think this is an excellent spot for a group dinner where you order a few shareable options for the table. But for some reason Cheap Chinese Takeout that only comes in pale containers will always be the way to go. If you are in the area check this place out, but if you are ordering takeout try something else.

By far the best Chinese food my husband and I have had in Greater Cincinnati. We've gone to all the places everyone says are the best; this place IS the best. When we ordered kung pao chicken they asked if we wanted it authentic, which nowhere ever does, and the dish was perfect. Not bland and dumbed down. The last time I had Chinese food this good I was in Washington DC. The service was also flawless and the server was incredibly pleasant. Zero negatives, only positives. Definitely a place to visit again and again.

We ordered food catering for a group lunch for 45 people, the food was amazing and the delivery was on time and a lot of people commented this is the best food ever for lunch and learn. Great job!

Nope, been there 3 times, 3 meals that weren't worth the effort...I give up, won't go back, lesson learned...food was not good, ambiance was typical, service was not good...my son clearly ordered one dish, they brought him another, then the waitress gave him attitude...no thanks...

Simply fabulous. Everything was served with perfection. Everyone working was so kind and attentive. Excellent recommendations and checking back to see if our food was done to our liking. The hot and sour soup was such a perfect balance and a perfect way to start our meal. The crab Rangoon were delicate and flavorful, probably the best I have had. Everything was outstanding and the service was perfect. This is a must try there is nothing that will disappoint you here.

If you’re considering coming here, please read this. I have been a fan of this restaurant ever since they opened. Everything was tasty, until the price started going higher and higher, but the awesome flavors have changed. Here’s what happened: My family and I have gone to the restaurant a few times this year, we all noticed that the beef dish that we always ordered become extremely watered down, lack of flavor, we reported to the waiter and went back again today, nothing changed. The price got crazy high compared to before. 12$ for the mini appetizer wontons. Being part asian I really feel quite ashamed of the high price. Anyways, we told the same waiter that the exact same dish is watered down, he brought it back to the chef and replied to us that the chef said nothing is wrong with it??? I was like bro, i’ve ordered this dish at least a dozen times, how do i not know????? The two waiters just kept on interrupting us from eating and kept on saying sorry, i felt kidnapped by their apologies, the restaurant owner said the same thing how the chef didn’t change and the ingredients are still the same. But that DOES NOT change the fact that the flavors were watered down compared to before, and we are not the only costumers that noticed. Instead of making it up by making a new one or giving a discount, the entire restaurant chose to do nothing but a “i’m sorry.” I feel like the good intentions were no longer there, and they just want to make money off of people, and it’s really sad that how I used to love this place.

I got takeout here for the first time today, and it's some of the best food I've ever eaten. I got the dumplings with chili oil, minced meat eggplant, dry chili chicken and fried rice and everything was absolutely FANTASTIC. So flavorful, spicy and cooked perfectly, I can't stop thinking about it. Even the fried rice was exceptional. I am blown away. I know that I will be back on a monthly, if not weekly basis.

Plenty of space. The food tastes good but a bit pricey. The spicy chicken was ok but not as meaty as expected.

Wow! Best Sichuan I’ve had outside of China! The server was incredibly knowledgeable and patient! He made outstanding recommendations and allowed us to have conversations about dishes prior to selecting our meals. We highly recommend the green peppercorn fish, twice cooked pork, orange chicken, and Sichuan wontons in oil!!
