Would love to give a nice review but we never had the chance to order due the incredibly rude employees or shall I say children behind the counter. We walked in and there was no one behind the counter. While I understand they were about to close, they in fact were not closed yet and were highly annoyed they had to help us. One of the employees went as far as to use profanity towards us when he saw he had customers. Terrible experience! They could have communicated if they were unable to assist us but instead chose to be extremely rude and yell profanities as we left.

We stumbled upon this by accident while in the area for lunch, and who can pass up an ice cream shop?! The location has plenty of parking around it. The two employees working didn’t appear to be in a good mood when we walked in. Both said very little. The idea of rolled ice cream dishes is a neat one. We all ordered different dishes from the menu. All were delicious! We definitely stop back when in the area.

Pulled up at 9:25 to get some ice cream on Friday. They're supposed to be opened until 10pm on saturday and friday. As soon as I walked up, a man walked up, locked the door, and shut the sign off. 35 mins early. sad.

I would love to give this place a rave review because I have been here more times than once and had a great time. However, we came in this evening to get ice cream, and it was like Lord of the flies in there!! There were flies on the ceiling. Flies on the counter, flies swarming around the attendant. Flies on the ingredients, flies everywhere. DOZENS if not HUNDREDS of flies!! So many flies? I apologized to the attendant and left. I could not eat ANYTHING from there. Gross!!

I was walking by and saw this place so I thought I'd give it a try. The ice cream was delicious and super unique. The service was a bit unprofessional. The staff were quite young and scrolled on their phones, just chatting with one another, while I was the only person in the establishment. It was a bit awkward.

While the icecream itself was good, the service was absolutely terrible. Went with some friends tonight to try it out, and i didnt even end up ordering because i was so annoyed! my two friends put in their orders, and instead of getting started on them, the two employees were arguing over who should make them. we waited like 5 minutes while they just hung out and messed around before they even started on my friends icecream. so frustrating!! if u dont want to work there then dont!

We went with family, so we ordered a lot of ice creams rolls. They pour the mix onto the ice block, and add the relevant syrups etc and ultimately roll it and give it in cups (video attached). It was similar to but yet a little different from Cold stone. Interesting concept, but not all ice creams were awesome. Some were amazing and others decent.

Ice cream had a hair in it so that grossed me out a lot. We paid and the staff told us they were out of something and they were just going to not make it, not refund us, and not even tell us. The only reason they did anything is because I got up and asked them to please continue making the one item.

I love the Matcha ice cream and their buckeyes! I don’t like their hours of operation. It’s kind of inconvenient.

The ice cream was delicious. But, both employees were on their phones, especially the one who had ear buds in. While customers were being served, they were talking either on earbuds or speaker phone. In fact, customers came. The employees were in the back, and I called, "You have customers." No one came. The customer looked in the back, saw the employee with earbuds, and told his friend, "Let's go. He's on his phone." Just lost business and tips.
