Having zero customers present, I expected clean floors & attention to customer? But I guess their phones & lack of effort was too demanding! Even worse when you have to ask for a refill!

I don't get it. Cincinnatians love Skyline, but I tend to find out barely palatable. The buns are too soft, the "chili" isn't chili at all... it's glorified spaghetti sauce... and not even good spaghetti sauce at that.If you're not from the area, I would imagine you'll be like me and not like it, but you never know. I've tried it three separate times, but it's never going to be my thing.

Fresh salads, hot food (chili, funnel fries, sandwiches), fresh bread, and lots of cheese. Excellent service, very friendly. Clean environment. Comfortable booths.

Place was extremely dirty tables not cleared off crackers and cheese all over the floor while the waitresses just sat at the counter by the food on their phones. Had a wait for a few minutes before she finally got off her phone and took are order, afterwards had to flagger her down to get additional cheese coney very Unprofessional also was not asked if we want refills or desert. Just was handed the check.The sad thing is the manager or owner won't even look at these reviews and even comment on them apparently not even concerned about how their place looks or operates.SAD ?

I had dinner with 2 friends. We ordered the new Skyline deluxe nachos to split. They are delicious and I recommend you try it! We each had a cheese coney as well. Everything came out hot and delicious! Our server, Nate, was awesome and came back several times to check on us. He was top notch!!!
