Smoothie was disgusting. It was crunchy, had huge chunks of ice all through it, and wasn’t even hardly blended. I don’t even know what that random white powder is at the bottom. I can’t believe I wasted $9 on it. Not to mention the staff have attitudes and act like you’re a serious inconvenience by just being there. I love smoothie king, but this location needs to get it together.

Honestly today was our worst experience at this location. Not only did it take almost 30 minutes to get our smoothies from the drive-thru with only 1 person in front of us, but they had to ask us multiple times what we ordered. Also the employee at the window took a personal phone call while the window was open, leaving the poor girl making the smoothies to do a majority of the work.

Walked in, 5 people working, everyone looked at me, ignored me for at least 3 minutes. No “we’ll be with you…” walked out. Terrible service. I spend $20 every time I walk in, not good.

This Oakley location has definitely changed me and my wife spend plenty of money there , my wife spends extra for Blueberries and Bananas in her Pineapple Pure Recharge. She had issue again with them not adding the extras she pays for, we sometimes have more issues lately with the product we pay for, but we never even complained or mentioned it lately.My wife tried to call and talk with Manager Macy but they keep telling her she is busy I believe they have caller ID. In Closing We will return back to Tropical Smoothie Cafe' . I do see the problem like one of your reviews stated Teenagers aren't focus enough.

This location is in a busy spot, and manages to consistently provide quality service and product. Whether the line is long, it's close to open or close, or the order is very customized-I've noticed they are consistent with their customer service and their product. That's a job well done. If you know food service you know.

I’ve been going to smoothie king for 15 years. I’ve hit every location in Cincinnati not only is this location the worst by a long shot but it’s consistently getting worse every single time I don’t know if it’s the terrible stance in their attitude or entitlement or just pure ignorance of the recipes that make smoothies good for the Bility to make things right when they make a mistake… Save your money at this place, this place is rotten

Usually I have a good experience at this location, but recently there was an incident that needs to be addressed:I was the only car in the drive thru, I pulled up to the window and was greeted politely. Immediately after, one of the staff, probably a manager, barked at another worker (who sounded like she was cleaning dishes, an essential task) that the drive thru time was at 5 minutes (I had been there for 60 seconds). A blatant lie to control a subordinate.The worker put together the smoothie and another staff member took it off the blender before it was even ready so I got a nasty, chunky beverage and had them remake it.I work in fine-dining so I know how staff are meant to be respected by their superiors. This was inappropriate and should never happen in any establishment.PS. Please, for everyone’s sakes, change the pre-recorded message at the speaker. It sounds so unnatural and non-genuine.

Im going to start letting these establishments know about themselves with bad reviews.The wait was too long for me to be the only one in the drive-through and the boy with the gold tipped locs forgot what I ordered and asked me what I ordered??? And I asked for it to be in a foam cup and it was in plastic. I earned a $2 reward after my purchase and don’t even want to use it… I’ll probably use it at another location but the facts still remain.Get it together.
