As I write this review I read on their website that they are closed, permanently, as of 01 JUL 2022. That's unfortunate considering how good the food was.

Just recently went to pick up an order of fried rice and egg rolls, the rice was mushy, like it was overcooked and not fried at all. The chicken and beef was old, didn't taste right and not season. Still not sure what was in the food but it was not the Song Long I had known from childhood. I was soooo excited that initially ordered several fried rice meals, but to my dismay it did not live up to expectations. So long Song Long!

The smell was amazing!!! The smell is what drew me in. I ordered broccoli w/beef and crab rangoon. The appearance and taste of both was not like my usual Chinese spot of which I prefer more. It was worth a try but unfortunately it's a No for me. The lady who waited on me was nice

Was hoping that this place would have authentic Vietnamese food. The only thing that was good were the spring rolls. The bun bo hue noodle soup didn't taste or smell anything like bun bo hue. As for the banh mi (Vietnamese sub sandwich), the bread was not Vietnamese baguette and was hard and stale.

Best pho I've ever had! I don't give this review lightly. Pho is my favorite food and I've been eating it in various parts of the country for the last 15 years. From Washington state, California, Florida, Oklahoma, and now Ohio. This is, hands down, the best pho I've ever had in my life. I got a large chicken pho to go. Order only took a few minutes and they were a bit busy so can't complain there. Order arrived very neatly packaged and wrapped to prevent spills on the way home. When I got home it was still burning hot and I had to cool it down. That's a good thing. As soon as I cracked open the container the smell hit my nose and my mouth started to water. "Oh my god, this smells good." I took a sip, burning my tongue in the process because I couldn't wait to taste it. I was not disappointed. This was the best pho broth I've ever tasted. This one is going to be hard to beat! The condiment bag was huge (I ordered the large) and it came with plenty of everything. My only complaint is that they give you lemons instead of limes, but I won't hold that against them. Best pho I've ever had!

This place is an institution. It's been around for decades. We started coming here 15 years ago when we first moved to Cincinnati from Toronto. The folks who run the place are our age; they are the children of the people who started the restaurant many years ago (long before we moved here). They know their customers -- they will stop by and say hello if they see you around town -- and the food is excellent. I recommend the pho. You can order off menu and get a more traditional version with meatballs and tripe. The cold rolls or scallion pancakes make a good appetizer choice. In the summer when you don't want pho a cold noodle salad hits the spot.

Excellent service, delicious food. A hidden gem. Diverse menu with great Pho and more. Extremely nice. Go to recommendation

Great food, friendly service, and great prices. So much variety and it's all good. We always over eat because the pork bun and spring roll appetizers are so good and we can't resist getting them. The portions for the entrees are huge. The pho is $9 for the same size other places are charging $12-15 these days and they give you more meat and noodles than the others as well. Great value!

I picked up carryout for me and my daughter today. She had the bahn mi, I had the Bun Bo Hue Soup, and we split the fried spring rolls. Everything was flavorful and delicious. Will definitely be back soon.

Song long is always my go to Pho cravings although its a little far from my place I make sure this is the only place I can have it. And the curry wings is also the best wings,a little different from the usual wings you get from other restaurant. Service is great as well. Always recommend it for authentic vietnamese dish.

Always a great place to eat! We have enjoyed going to Song Longs for years and missed the dining room not being open until recently. The family who owns the restaurant are such nice people and they always remember us. The food is delicious and not too expensive. Highly recommend this Vietnamese restaurant to anyone.
