I was on my way in after mobile ordering today and had to unexpectedly run into the office. I called and said they could keep the drink or give it away. They told me they hadn’t made it yet and to call later and explain and they’d make me a drink for free.I called later and started to explain and a different barista still had my saved drink coupon and was so polite and sweet and made my drink. Really made my day.

You have to order from your phone to get a coffee from this place. Mobile order only. What about people who don’t have mobile phones, or people who don’t want to register with Starbucks? Very inequitous way of running a business and quite frankly pretty stupid for your profit margins; why would you turn away in person orders? You’re going to lose sales. What happens if a network goes down? You’re going to lose sales. What a dumb plan Starbucks.

Remodel opened in Feb 2024, now mobile order pick up ONLY (worked for me!) parking is limited - situated in a corner. No drive thru.Staff were friendly when I was there, and mobile service was fast.

I'm only docking stars for atmosphere because this is the smallest Starbucks I've been to. There's not really an atmosphere to display. It's a Starbucks tho and I love my coffee. You can't go wrong with the food and service.

Bad. The cashier was the nicest employee but the others were very rude. I would understand if it was busy but me and my group of 3 were the only ones there. Also they said they don't associate themselves with the Starbucks app, so they wouldn't let us use a coupon. Yet, they have a sign on the wall to download the app for rewards. Super confused.
