The workers are lovely but I’m sad to say my drink was awful. Was supposed to be caramel ribbon crunch, but the only thing for sure was the crunch. Didn’t taste much like caramel, and when asked for extra drizzle they didn’t put any in there at all. Kinda sucks. Wish I hadn’t tipped.

I always have a pleasant experience when purchasing here. The Barista's are all very nice, and my drinks are always on point. I took a star because they don't carry all the items that a stand alone store does.

The baristas are all amazing and their drinks are just as good. My go to Starbucks and it says something about the staff when they learn your name and your drinks(even when you change them up).Parking: The parking for this Starbucks is always tricky, whoever built this parking lot should never be allowed to design parking lots again!

This is more of another customer we encountered than a Starbucks review. This Starbucks is awesome!!! So apparently I made it to a parking spot before another car and this Woman (I think) lost her mind! At first I felt sorry for her because she must of been having a really bad day... or it was the HIDEOUS outfit she had on was making her uncomfortable... but then the more upset she got, I started to giggle. Then my daughter started to giggle. By the time my wife got back to the car with the coffee we were laughing so hard we were crying Anyway, I hope she knows how much I needed that!! I really hope her day got better. Bwahahahaha

Location down town in the Kroger building very beautiful worker it was pretty busy however they kept everything on Points it was around 830 Am.Way to go very friendly workers. Beautiful attitude. I going to go back and get there name I work downtown at a school.
This Starbucks is hit or miss depending on who is working. The picture is a Vente Latte and how it comes. For the price it should be full, not half or 3/4 full. I think this location could thrive if the baristas don’t get mad for over a 2 drink order, and get more help!

I would think that it would be standard protocol to mix your coffee drink for you when your order. But this location seems to not have that in their training. After spilling a good amount of my 5 dollar beverage on my new $140 shoes there is a bit of frustration. I would understand if they were slammed, but seeing as i was the only customer they were serving, i have to blame this of one of two things 1. Lack of training 2. Employees simply do not care or 3. all of the above. do better starbucks.

I just waited for 20 minutes for a drink that was incorrectly made, and given to someone else. I will never return to this Starbucks.
