The store is dirty! The tables don't get wiped and the floor has never seen the mop. The traffic around Anderson Township Center is taking your life in your hands if you try the drive-through. Anderson Township has some of the rudest drivers I have ever had to steer away from. If you walked out of the store, you could be hit by a car pulling out of the drive-through.

Table was dirty and I had to clean it myself. A handful of lids fell on the floor and customers were literally just walking around them. Too lazy to pick them up, so I did. Both Bathrooms were dirty. The sound of the wood chair scraping on the concrete floor was loud and disturbing. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Disappointed in this location. Brewed coffee isn’t great and wait times are pretty long , even when you are the only person in line.

I frequent this location, and it used to be a fun cheerful location. No one even greets you hello anymore. I work customer service myself, I get it... But simply greeting a customer can make all the difference.

Pulled up to the drive-thru at 5:50 this morning because it said online that they open at 5:30 no one went to the drive-thru speaker so we pulled up to the drive-thru window a couple of the workers looked at us and then disappeared out of sight someone finally came to the door at 6:00 and I asked them what time they open because online it said they opened at 5:30 and they said 6:00 I asked them if we could go ahead and order they expected us to pull all the way around and go back through the speaker to order the same information on the same device they would if they would have took her order right then and there. Had to go to work this morning so did not have time to play people's games. If this is how much they value their customer base they can take it and go somewhere else

Ridiculously slow .. absolutely clueless crew .. no idea what they are doing. Today I waited for a single cup of coffee for 29 minutes in drive through and just had to leave as I was running late

Every time I go to get my wife a coffee there is a wait. They need to have a timer of sorts as my one coffee took almost 15 minutes this morning . They need to train baristas to work faster OR CHANGE BARISTAS!! Then again, maybe overpriced Starbucks doesn’t care

I ordered my food and a drink and my wife sent me her order in a screenshot so I showed the cashier that too. She didn't get my name so the food and drink got sat on the counter until I walked up and asked questions and it was missing my drink and food just what I showed her on phone. So them/they walked up to me and said they took my drink and sandwich off and made just my wife's stuff. Then asked me to go to the cash register and they will ring up mine and they'll make it. There were 5 people on line and they wanted me to go through it again so I said screw it and left.

If you’ve ever wanted to cross off your bucket list for visiting the absolute worst Starbucks in the country… then this store is for you. This store hands down is the ABSOLUTE worst Starbucks in the US.10/10 times your drink will be wrong I guarantee it. This store is not regulated by anyone, the district manager is non- existent I’m guessing. Starbucks corp should really step in here.

Stopped going to this location altogether. I love refreshers, but they are NEVER made correctly, they just dump the ingredients in the cup. Paid $5 for basically a cup of water the other day. Employees are always rude. Line is always slow. Drinks are usually wrong.

Drinks were okay. Service was awful, awful, awful!4 people behind the counter and only one customer in front of me and it still took 30 minutes to get a flat white.Stop the gossip and chitchat and get to work!

I've stopped here often stopped yesterday got a cookie crumble Frappuccino it looked good but tasted like it was watered down ,past few times its tasted awful seemed to me like if you don't give a tip they give you watered down drinks and this isn't the only Starbucks they all seem to be watering down drinks not worth the 5.95 it cost anymore
