It’s closed!!! I went out of my way to come here for dinner on the way home & the franchise is CLOSED!!!!How can GoogleMaps be considered legit when a business can “confirm” their information 4 weeks ago & then just shut down!Don’t go here!

I generally don’t like steak Steak ‘n Shake. Too cold, dirty, loud. My kids like the food, so I humor them.This location seems different. As of July 2023, they use a touch-screen ordering system for everyone, including dine-in.The store seemed clean (except for the perennially dirty floors — (is this part of the brand?))Food came quick enough, and the new semi-self-service atmosphere seems like a stark improvement.This location is doing something right!

After drinking 3/4 of my shake, something came up thru my straw, and stuck on my tongue...I immediately escaped my tongue to see what it was, thinking it was a piece of plastic. NO!!!! it was a human fingernail! I got so sick. It was dirty and gross. When I contacted the restaurant, manager was very nice, wanted the finger nail, to turn over to their risk management team. She then offered 3/$5.00 gift certificates. Ummm no thank you!

The server was terrible the food was worst. Definitely not returning to that location ever again.
Cheap lunch or dinner for a family of 6! All locations are not equal. You never know how service will be. This location was great

Horrible wait in the drive thru, 20 mins same spot -About 5 cars left right when I did. This was around 730 PM. I tried to give this place a second chance..my fault. Can't imagine how much revenue they lose on a daily basis!

Located off of I-275 across from Home Depot and behind BP gas station on Omni-plex drive. Mid-day is a good time to visit this Steak'n Shake. There were very few patrons and the wait for my order was fairly short. This location could benefit from sweeping, mopping and buffing the floors, cleaning the windows, and sprucing up the curb appeal of the restaurant. Just a thorough wipe down. Aside from that, the young lady that took my order was polite and the other employees were busy working meeting the needs of the customers.

This location is so dysfunctional after dark. The kids are all on their phones, the tables weren't cleaned, co-workers flirting with each other in plain sight, manager, oh one was there? When she finally emerged she didn't manage, I ordered 2 chocolate shakes, (took 20 minutes literally) and got a banana chocolate for some reason and when I took it back this teenager didn't even give me a new cup. She basically scooped it out and gave me a more in the same cup. I still had bananas in the bottom of the cup. During the day this place is great, I wish they shared the same passion at night.
