It’s the kind of experience you would expect when you are at a restaurant for over an hour and you see your server 3 total times. 45 minutes in and all we got was our drinks. I don’t care how fancy you want to be by seating dinner guests in lounge chairs, but if you can’t provide better service than McDonalds, then all of the swank in the world doesn’t help. Our server didn’t even talk to us. He mumbled something about drinks, and never came back for over 30 minutes. Salmon was burnt, the hamburger roll is ground beef in a Servatii’s pretzel roll. Bummer all around. The photo is the empty table I stared at for 30 minutes without hearing from our server as well as the empty bar that wasn’t making drinks. First visit, last visit.

We arrived at 4:05 for 4:15 dinner reservation after Aronoff matinee. Waited 10 minutes at reception stand to be seated. We were seated in front bar area, not realizing that there was a larger back area with more comfortable chairs and set up for dinner. No one seemed to know who was our server- we saw a waitress, bartender and the front manager during the evening. Food and drinks were very slow coming out, even though restaurant not half filled. Bartender seemed to have plenty of time to socialize with staff and friend at bar. When the front person took our dinner order, she specifically asked “Do you want your soup and salad to come out together?”to which we replied Yes. My husband's salad came out, no soup for me! In addition we had to wait to get salt and pepper for the salad. An additional drink was ordered and totally forgotten by bartender. When asked for again, it was not brought until after dessert. The food was good: Mushroom soup -great layered taste; Unexpected burger had all the items listed on menu ON burger; spare rib was very good. Molten chocolate cake was chocolate cake with syrup and ice cream There are many options for drinks and dinner in this area. We would not recommend this restaurant based on service and value. (Note: This was communicated to the front manager and our drinks were comped.)

No one at entry desk. Seemed moderately busy. Not very quick with getting a drink order. And if not bad enough, the drinks took forever to get. Finally delivered by the bartender NOT the waitress. My wife's GnT was made with soda. Out of tonic, thought we would not notice. My food order was delivered incorrectly. Given the Salmon entree instead of the salmon salad ordered. She assumed I ordered the entree at $10 more. The bill reflected the entree no less only to say that from beginning to end, the evening was questionable. BUT the salmon salad was excellent!! Go figure!!

Me and the wife had a great time. There is nothing to complain about. It's a relaxing , charming, romantic eatery / pub . Joyketa, our waitress, was phenomenal and added to the lovely experience. .

We stopped in from out of town and our bartender Ian was amazing. Offered great suggestions for drinks and food and other places to check out in the city. He really seemed to go out of his way to treat us great. We will back on our next visit!

Looking for a place to eat before seeing a play downtown? Street City Urban is someplace to consider. The menu was not large but offered all 4 of us diners the options we like. Service was outstanding and by closing the door to the bar made this room a great place for conversation with a background of jazz music. If you are dining during happy hour, go to the bar to order your drinks which many are 50% off and can be brought to your table.

My girlfriends and I decided to have dinner here. I ordered the combo menu w 6oz filet perfectly cooked and salad w potatoes ! Perfect for me. Drinks and wine excellent . Hidden bar inside w Jazz ! Great relaxing place

Please have servers pre buss the table. I don't know when this stopped but the server would have gotten a better tip if all Of our plates were removed when we were finished eating.

Overall experience was just fine. I felt like our server hovered a little too much when I was there on my own waiting for my friend. And then when we needed him to place our order or bring the bill, he was MIA. But the food was good (maybe a little over priced and sandwiches don't come with a side). Thursday was half off bottles of wine on the menu (awesome!), which seemed to cause confusion when splitting the bill.

We eat there often. The food is always outstanding. Felt they were short staffed this visit but most restaurants are these days so I always go in with patience especially when I know a great meal is ahead.

Great atmosphere but sub par food. Steak was grossly overcooked and Cesar salad had zero dressing. Staff was pleasant but not particularly attentive. Better option for just drinks and appetizers rather than a full dinner.

NOT a fan. Priced as a high end lounge ($30-40 entrees), but sports tv with BOOMING noise and poor service. Empty dining room, yet sat us directly next to only other couple in the room ... as in almost shoulder to shoulder with them. Drinks only came after questioning server 20 minutes after ordering. Food was like Applebees level. Incredibly disappointing in terms of atmosphere, service, and food. Wish I had not spent $200 for our party of 4 to have a simple amount of plain food, one drink each, and blown ear drums.

Food was pretentious and over complicated. Not warm (not even close to hot). Fries and gourmet Mac and cheese were not cooked. Service was ok. There were three servers and did not get a soda refill. They had one salt and pepper shaker that they took from our table to take to the other couples table. They didn't know what beers they had on tap. They had four taps. Very tough to remember. My expectations were low and they were not even close to being met. We were the only people in the front of the restaurant and there was one couple in the back. I would not go back and I would be shocked if it's even open in a month.
