I was waited on by a lady named Tonya. It was yesterday and I still remember her name. When service is memorable it’s worth returning to. This is not the most upscale subway and it took a minute to have a spot to park.. but it’s clean and the girl that made my sandwich, made it like it was her own! I was very happy with it! Thanks Tonya my cold cut combo was exactly the way I expected! I enjoyed it!

Tina was very kind and attentive when creating our sandwiches! Made sure only the best vegetables went on there, and ensured we liked the sauce she recommended before applying it. Great service!

1 star, there was 1 employee and she was prioritizing online orders instead of serving the 10+ people in line.

The new employee struggled with everything. I struggled just trying to hear what he was mumbling. I felt bad for him because he was clearly unsure of himself. Unfortunately an employees "trial by fire" is always at the expense of the customer. Great sandwich though!

Have gone here many times with co-workers. Staff has always been nice and have gotten my order correct 99% of the time.Make sure to try their cookies :)Vegetarian options: They have a vegan patty but since they don't use many throughout the day it may be cold and dry from sitting out so long.Parking: Lot can be tight during the weekday lunch rush.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps

Black guy with tattoo's charged me $13.89 for double meat even though I clearly said single. Refused to acknowledge he was ripping me off even though the board directly behind him said $9.89 for grilled chicken. Will drive further to not visit here again, terrible terrible service!

I visited the Subway in Evendale on Reading Road. And the experience really gave me good vibes. The young lady that took and prepared my order was simply FANTASTIC! She said her name was Tonia. And you could tell she really enjoyed her work. Polite, clean, and very understanding how I liked my sandwich. If all Subways had this type of employee or customer service, I’d visit more stores. Thank you Ms. Tonia! ??

★★★★★ Food quality★★☆☆☆ Service★★★★☆ Ambiance★★★★★ Value★★★★★ Menu selection★★★★☆ Location/Accessibility★★☆☆☆ Overall experienceToday, I decided to take a chance and try out a new Subway restaurant that I haven't been to before. As soon as I walked in, I noticed a few things that caught my attention.Firstly, I ordered roasted turkey mayo flatbread sandwiches and I must say, they tasted pretty similar to other Subway restaurants I've visited before. The flavor was mild, yet blended well together. The flatbread complemented the turkey and vegetables perfectly, while the mayo sauce added a bold twist to the whole sandwich. As far as quality goes, they used normal ingredients, nothing fancy but it definitely didn't feel cheap either. All the ingredients felt fresh and the sandwich itself was a bit warm, but I popped it in the microwave for 30 seconds to bring out the delicious aroma hidden within. However, the real letdown of my experience was the service. Since Subway is known for being a fast food restaurant, I wasn't expecting any real service. But, the staff was incredibly rude. There were only two staff members present at the time I entered the restaurant, and I had ordered online an hour prior to my visit. Despite that, my two sandwiches were not ready when I arrived. When I asked a male staff member about the whereabouts of my order, he confirmed it and reluctantly rushed to make the sandwiches, as if I had disrupted his break. It took him another 15 minutes to make two simple sandwiches and I overheard them speaking loudly and using curse words multiple times, which made me feel uncomfortable. On the bright side, the ambiance of the restaurant was decent. The furniture and wall design were good, not overly unique but enough to stand out from other restaurants. The two walls made of glass allowed for plenty of natural light and there were some fun wall decors to look at while waiting for service. However, the cleanliness could have been better as there were some food scraps and dust on the floor, but the tables and seats were clean. They had a snack shelf, a drink vending machine, several utility stations, and a well-supplied counter where sandwiches are made. There was also a restroom available. In terms of value, Subway is always a cheap and healthy option, and you can almost always find a coupon that further reduces the total price of your order. This particular restaurant was a bit more expensive than the one I usually go to, about $1 more expensive. However, Subway's variety is what draws people in. With over 12 types of sandwiches to choose from, all fully customizable, you can remove any ingredients you don't like, which is perfect for people with dietary restrictions or vegetarians. They also have a make-a-meal option where you can add a snack and a drink for a cheaper price if you buy a sandwich. The drinks and beverages selection was decent as well. They had a fountain drink option and also a vending machine for canned or bottled drinks. As for location and accessibility, this Subway is in a small patch of land with two other restaurants. The parking lot is shared and small, but it didn't seem too crowded, thanks to the reputation of the restaurant. There is also a curbside pickup lot available.Overall, my experience at this Subway was tainted by the rude and unmannered behavior of the staff. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to any sandwich lovers out there. However, if you're in the area and don't mind the service, it could be a decent option for a quick and cheap meal. As for me, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

I had to go to this subway location because the one closest to me closed or is being remodeled. Service was quick and the sandwich looked like the picture. Positive experience. Will return back to this location. Thumbs High ?.
