Put in an online order went to pick it up and was told they canceled it bc I used a coupon. Didn't call me and let me know. Phone number right on the order. Now I have to wait 24hrs for a refund. Go to Delhi pike it's owned by better people.

Did an online order and went to pick it up. The guy at the counter said they don't participate in the bogo offer so he had to cancel my order. He said my money would be refunded in 2 to 3 business days. The website showed as a participating location. They could have contacted me or given me an option of something else. No other options just my order canceled. I'll skip going to this location from now on

Don't order takeout from here if you want it toasted and made correctly. It's a newer store with mostly non working toaster since opening. Plus our order was wrong on ingredients we found out after going home, and she argued about it, said she put jalapeños on it. Rude teenage, got no clue. I wasn't asking for another sub was being nice about it lettingthem know. I'm not going back its a wreck up in there.

The owner is really nasty. They don't care about the customers. The employees all sit in the back vaping. This is not a subway to go to. Don't even think about using coupon here. The owner is a rich snob coupons beneath her.

The employees here are rude and my order was incorrect the couple of times I tried to go here. Small portions and the sandwich made me sick, the turkey must have been old and tasted odd. The soda machine never seems to work as all drinks are always flat. Try another Subway or go next door to the deli.

Normally this is my favorite location to get my food but whoever makes the online orders needs to make it as requested. If i say extra sauce then i mean i want my sandwich to bleed!! If i ask for extra pickle then handfuls!! And this is why online ordering is useless as well they will just make it half assed. Im the customer, im the one paying for the food so make it how its ordered..
