Just avoid this place as possible just nasty they contaminating people food from touching money cleaning chemicals and other stuff and not changing there gloves they are really going to put someone in the hospital and get sued. They really need to get some real training in there

Beans in the tacos were cold and dry. Had to wait for a good 20 mins to get food in the middle of the day. What's the point of going to a fast food restaurant and waiting that long? ?

I’m not usually a complainer about food yet this really did it for me my delivery service was amazing perfect as can be but when I opened the bag it was a nightmare my burrito wasn’t even grilled they just threw cheese in a wrapper and burrito and called it a day my cinnamon twist didn’t even have cinnamon twist in there it was just cinnamon dust the thing that got me the most was the soft taco it didn’t even have the condiments nor meat in there it was just cheese and lettuce whoever is working there needs to be fired clearly the staff cannot do there job and tasks properly and it shows in these reviews horrible experience never going to this Taco Bell again ??

I ordered 2 baja blasts and they were fine. The issue was the service. 2 older ppl came in to order and were immediately told to use the kiosks. It would've taken a few moments to take their order and being told to order their own food was sad. I helped the lady and my husband helped the man. The older gentleman had a child with him and was ready to leave but my husband stepped in to assist.

Extremely understaffed, if you're thinking about dining in, you'll have to wait 30+ minutes. My co-workers and I got food in 30 minutes before 1 guy who had already been waiting 20 minutes when we arrived, and he never got his food or a refund. If they can't manage a dining room, then just close it and do drive thru only. Not worth the wait, just go to Wendy's next door.

I came to Taco Bell primarily to get a diet Pepsi, but I ordered a combo meal. They were used to take my order of the counter and required that I ordered through their ordering machine. I did so and was handed my order with an empty cup. And when I went over to the drink machine, there was no diet Pepsi. I informed them of that and they said they were completely out. I asked if they had sugar-free Pepsi and they were out of that as well. I explained that I had paid for the diet Pepsi and I was unable to get it. The employee shrugged and walked away.So I paid for an item but that item was unavailable. And I was not reimbursed

Food was good. Had to place my own order on the kiosk. Not a fan of that,I don't work there. Menu prices have gone up, and I'm doing what an employee should be doing. Not to mention the foul topic of discussion their employees were having in the dining room while we were eating.

The woman had an attitude with not just me but other customers as well. She acted as if we were bothering her to do her job. I could tell she was short staffed but that doesn't give her an excuse to treat customers as she did. There was no ice in the lobby. Asked if she could fill 2 of my cups up and I would split them between the 5 or 6 drinks I had bought. She scuffed, walked away and got them. A couple walked in as I was getting my order together and she totally ignored them. They tried speaking to her and nothing. I don't know what happened when I left but I know for almost 5 minutes she didn't even acknowledge that they were there. The food was thrown together and not made very well at all. For the price I paid for everything, how much I bought and the history I have with purchasing food from Taco Bell... It was one of my worst experiences!
