I just pulled up to this Taco Bell and in spite of the fact that there was no customers there at all I still had to wait several minutes before they could wait on me at the drive-thru. I made my order and then when I paid I said, "I would like to have a large handful of fire sauce please" and the guy said,"oh I will set you up" in a very enthusiastic way.Not one single packet of sauce in the bag.As your prices get more and more ridiculous your service gets worse and worse.

Spectacularly awful. I go here like once a year and am reminded how terrible the quality is. At most a crunch wrap will have about a tablespoon of meat. The chalupas are staleWhat a disappointmentAlso, I saw someone crash into the barrier in front of their parking lot. It's been painted black as asphalt over time by all the people crashing into itIt seems like another franchise fallen from grace which is pathetic because they didn't have very far to fall anyway

Stopped in last week for a bacon breakfast crunch wrap which was fantastic!! The potato’s were crunchy with the bacon egg and cheese!! It was great!! Thank you ?

Order in the app, store doesn’t have what was ordered. Store with refund. The app won’t reply to me. Don’t order in the app!! If they don’t have those items this conglomerate essentially steals your money. Store won’t refund, app won’t reply. Company is a bunch of thieves. Also, manager Hailey is a liar.

My boyfriend and I had placed a doordash order for pick up and when we arrived we were told they were out of beef and baja blast(majority of our meal was comprised of beef and we both got a baja blast). We were a little bummed out but the staff at the window was so nice and made sure to accommodate my very specific needs. We really appreciated their patience and energy and we will be back!

I, like many other customers, had been avoiding Taco Bell, due to their adoption of mandatory use of their Artificial Intelligence order tablets in the store, since many of us customers prefer face to face interactions in making our orders, especially since we may want certain items added or deleted, and generally like a human to human relationship. When I entered my local Taco Bell on Beechmont Avenue in Cincinnati, I was pleased when team mates Hayli and Taylor greeted me and ask what I would like to order. They updated me on some menu changes, made a few suggestions, and promptly and accurately placed my order. The smiled and asked how my day was going and I asked them the same. I was dining in, and quickly my order was prepared and I sat down and enjoyed a comfortable meal in clean, well decorated surroundings. I love Taco Bell hard shell Tacos DeLuxe and enjoyed the range of sauces, too!I think Taco Bell at the corporate level need to survey customers to see if they prefer ordering from a tablet, or from a real associate. The team members were experienced, and helped one another out, whenever some was in need.I will be returning to my Taco Bell!
