Food was extremely underwhelming. They put like nothing in our tacos and quesadillas. For what we paid it’s not worth it.

I walked in and there was a manager at the register. As soon as we made eye contact he walked away. While I was waiting for my food someone walked up to the counter to ask for the code to the restroom. The worker that was facing him turned around when he started asking and went on her phone. He said “excuse me” three times before she turned around and said the code. Then the manager came out again, then left. After 5 minutes of waiting for my food the woman working the drive thru asked me if I placed an order and gave me my food. She was friendly with everyone and seemed to be doing more than one job at once, so props to her I guess.

Me and bae came back here last night around 11:48 PM and we were not let down. Just like last night, every item was made with pure artistry and precision. No one does it like they do. So fire. Whoever the kid was working the headset and drive thru window last night around 11:50 deserves recognition and a raise. Homeboy was running everything.. multitasking… dare I say whizzing. Bro mastered the craft. Easily top 3 Taco Bell employees in Ohio he is working hard I hope he sees this if you do know that you’re a legend and we love you <3

Me and bae came here at around 7:30 last night. These workers put their back into our order. Compliments to the chef!! I have had many cheesy bean and rice burritos in my life, but none of them compare to the burrito I was served last night… there was a time before that burrito and now I live in a time after that burrito. It was a biblical experience consuming that burrito. Changed my life. All the other items we ordered were just as top tier. Shoutout to you guys fr best Taco Bell order I’ve ever had ong

I went to this location around 10:30 PM on February 28 evening. I went to the drive-through and you could not even understand the guy speaking in the speaker, he mumbled, he finally said come to the window for the drink, and I said what about the food? He screamed in the speaker come to the window for the drink and then some girl got on the speaker and screamed, just come to the window for your drink!!! So I get to the window. She shoves a drink out the window and said go park at the mobile pick up will bring the food out later. I proceeded to go to the mobile pick up and park, with only the drink. I sit there going on 25 minutes And mind you, this is a DoorDash order and these are also customers were picking up food for. There was absolutely no one at the drive-through and I think because they were angry that they had to repeat themselves, they made me wait extremely long. The young black girl refused to bring the food out to me. I ended up having to cancel the DoorDash order and leave, because no one would bring the food out to me, so I could deliver it. This girl obviously hates her job, she should probably quit and go work somewhere else. It’s ridiculous that management allows this to happen.

Hard to call it a beefy 5 layer with no beef. It was just cheese and beans. Chalupa was cold and extremely skimpy on fillings, could tell had been sitting a while. No diablo sauce even though I requested it. Spicy ranch dip literally had a drop in it. What a joke. And did I mention, this location is always rude and extremely slow? I think they need a little visit from corporate. Get their behinds in gear.
