I ordered a nacho Belgrade without bean and extra meat and I got no meat extra bean. At what point do we as consumers say a simple request should be recognized. For God sake it was before 10 pm. The young kids suck at their jobs.

I drive a semi tractor that of course will not go thru the drive thru, so they refused service as a walkup customer. Was told to use app and they would bring it out. I did. He did. Burritos cold...
Stopped in just after 7:00 on New Year's day. Looks like they're short staffed, but the staff they have are impressive. Moving at a pretty good pace, especially for just two people. The guy handling the drive through window is changing gloves every time he goes back to preparing food. Overall, impressed.

I spent $10 on two chicken tacos and a pintos and cheese. The tacos had less than a teaspoon of filling. The flour tortillas were dry, cold and tasted ilike cardboard. The person working the counter was very rude when we asked for extra sauce. He practically yelled at us.. "it's in the bag!" and walked away. The food was tasteless. I'll never go back there. What a rip off. This is by far the worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had in my life. Just when I decided to give Taco Bell another chance after a 10-year absence. They blew it!
