It's a food truck located by gas station (inside the parking area). We tacos, tortas and quesadilla. Cash ONLY. $38 for 3 orders. Not bad for price. And the portion size is big (see tortas pic below). They're delish and filling. Definitely coming back for more. Try not to go around 12 noon, super busy. There are 2 tables or you can eat in your car. For drinks, you can get them in the gas station store.Parking: Located in gas station parking lot

We’ve passed by this food truck so many times and today we finally stopped.Don’t worry; you don’t have to speak Spanish. The food comes in a to go container with everything you need to eat in the car, take it home, or eat at the picnic tables they have set up.We ordered a chicken taco, steak taco, chicken quesadilla and a Hawaiian torta. Everything was soooooo delicious. We’ll definitely be back to try the birria. The torta was big enough to split and make sure you order some guacamole; it’s delicious.Bring cash as they do not accept credit cards. It is in the parking lot of a gas station so you can get drinks from there.
This taco truck is my favorite. Anytime we get takeout this is first in mind. LOVE LOVE THIS TRUCK. The tacos are to die for. Pork, with the pineapple. Omg. And don’t even get me started about their chicken quesadillas. 10$ and it’s 4 big pieces. Service is good and rather quick, prices are very reasonable , and the taste is killer! Me and my husband would be so upset if this truck closed down anytime soon. This is our GO TO!
This is the only place we go when we want real Mexican food. None of this pho, Mexican fast food taco stuff, real authentic, Mexican taste same consistent quality every time and it’s literally a 5 pound burrito.

Great spot. I’ve been eating here for years now. Very straight forward menu and most things are great. The al pastor, as expected, is great and the other “go to” items like chicken and pork are all very very good. I’ve never had the lingua or other things like that but i expect them Tovar’s be great. Prices are VERY reasonable and the size of the tacos are very traditional and fair. ONE “complaint”, I wouldn’t order the birria. As a self appointed expert on tacos, the birria “tacos” are sub par and the consume lacked a lot of flavor and the tacos themselves were soggy and generally terrible. On the flip side, on a sandwich or torta it might be pretty good but personally I’m avoiding it all together for the real stars of the menu. I also wish they would bring back the tent for the table because it’s hot as heck out there!!
