Cheesecake Kenwood Towne Centre. I had issues making an online reservation more than 30 days in advance. So thank you to Dan, Manger who was kind enough to take my reservation. I’m a Cheesecake Rewards Member, so the day of my reservation I was early and checking my emails to discovered I had an $10 rewards if I spent $40. Unfortunately my reward had expired 12 days prior. I spoke with Cole, another Manger and explained that I noticed I had a reward that had expired and ask if there was anyway possible to make an exception to use. To my surprise he say no! He tried to explain that those rewards are system generated or something but I still unfortunately wasn’t feeling warm and fuzzy. I’ve been to the Cheesecake Factory several times but today was my first time for their Sunday Brunch. I had the Factory Omelette, which allows you to create your own with up to 4 items along with a fruit cup, and side of bacon. My Mother had the Giant Belgian Waffle with a side of bacon. And we both had Strawberry ? Lemonades, which are simply delicious. Our bill was $60.26 which is a little pricy but the meal and service were good. Unfortunately I don’t remember our server’s name but I think it may have been Shayler A according to my bill. She was awesome! She helped us to make menu choices and so very tentative to our needs. Would I recommend brunch…sure as the food was good (however portions may have been on a smaller side). My only suggestion regarding the Reward program is to give people some time to utilize the reward. Sadly in re-reading the reward it was issued on 4/16/2024 at 12:30pm and expired on the same day! So in fairness is it really a reward that you intended on me trying to use? Just a little food for thought… AWallaceParking: NA

There is a lot racism with this Cheesecake Factory. The General Manager even tried to make an excuse for the customer service my family received. The last person who ordered food came out first, drinks orders never came until a manager went got them. It’s was just ridiculous. When it was time pay the bill hit the table quicker than the food was on the table. It’s like management laughed in our face….

The food was fantastic. I had the Cajun Salmon. My husband had a mushroom Cheeseburger. Service was awesome, along with the amazing service left.
Food was delightful except for the bread that was as hard as a rock. Attitude of waitress was poor. Maybe it was a bad day. Beautiful restaurant.

This cheesecake factory should now be considered to be the bottom of the barrel especially if you are placing and order to go where you don't taste your food until you get home or wherever you are going. I place an order order Jamaican black pepper shrimp and it was cooked with the wrong sauce, I also order a salmon meal which you could easily see they added water to the sauce to stretch it which made the meal horrible I also ordered two lemon Raspberry cheesecakes and one pineapple upside down cheesecake and was given the opposite. Granted they did get my chicken little portion of the order correct, but when I'm paying over a $100 and waiting 43 minutes to get my food it should be correct especially when there's no wait and very few people eating in the restaurant and plenty of time before closing. I'm extremely disappointed in a establishment that at one point in time was outstanding.

We were there for my Aunt's Birthday. It was great. The food was fresh and delicious although they were very busy we were taken care of quickly. My alcoholic drink was perfect.
