Amazing food! Both vegan and non-vegan options are superb for the price. Truly remarkable local establishment that has only improved under new management. So excited to eat here for years to come!Vegetarian options: Wonderful variety that has great value and taste. Wish I knew the recipes!

No cannolis delivered, nothing in text messages regarding sold out. Employee could not credit my account but would forward the info to manager tomorrow. I called immediately when order arrived but I should have waited. Spinach, feta pizza seemed to be missing the feta and the garlic oil drizzle. But the pizza did have a burnt base. We tasted the burnt flour more than the toppings. The gardenia mix was half liquid and not that tasty either. The only thing that provided decent food stars was the reubinator. It really saddens me because previously the food and service was great and I was happy for their new and expanded menu.

The Kitchen Factory is a lifeline for people who are dairy and gluten free. I haven't tried anything that hasn't tasted great and you could never tell anything has even been substituted. Thank you Reese and Dillon for allowing us to have pizza and mac n' cheese again! Looking forward to enjoying a meal in the newly remodeled dining room soon.

Love that you've added online ordering as well as an option to get curbside service. Chilli Mac was delicious.

Original review from 2019This is by far one of the best places to eat if you are vegetarian or vegan. The crack n’ cheese is vegan and gluten free, delicious and super filling. The service is always quick and the servers are all very friendly. The atmosphere here is very cozy and charming. They also have a late night window that serves until 3 am! If you’re lucky, you may receive a little “magic” with your meal. One of my favorite spots to eat at in cinci!Update 12/2/2023I’m sad to say this place has changed ownership and it just not the same.. the new owners have killed the cozy vibe and removed some of the best menu items. No more magic here.

Under new ownership and it has gone downhill. DO NOT trust this place if you have celiac !

This used to be my only pizza spot, I'd swing by at least twice a month. Since the change in ownership, the menu items I ordered most have been removed and I see more emphasis on "fake meat" over the unique vegetarian pizzas previously on the menu year round (namely the Le Sigh and the Dig the Fig). The trinkets have been removed from the front window, and the dining area has been undergoing construction for a while now, but it definitely doesn't cultivate the same crunchy and unique environment that it once did. That all said, the most disappointing change is the interaction that I've had with the new ownership. I used to be able to swing by while on my way to run errands and put in a scheduled order for pickup an hour or so later, but that's not a thing they do anymore. The owner came out from the back to explain to me, more than once and fairly condescendingly, that I could place the order online or call in about 20 minutes before I would be able to swing by, "because it really messes up the kitchen to do scheduled orders" (like most everyone else can do and this exact establishment used to do). I was also told that "no one" ordered the menu items that were removed when I first expressed some disappointment on seeing the new menu. This is the main reason I don't want to come back and try anything new.The couple of times that I have swung by since the new owners took over the quality of the pizza has remained roughly the same and the general staff behind the counter have been lovely. I'm sad to say, this just isn't my pizza spot anymore.

I used to come here all of the time when I was working in Northside in 2021 and loved getting the vegan meatball sub but something changed in their recipe somewhat recently (the last two times I went) and the meatballs are dry, over-seasoned (drowns out the bread and sauce), and they fall apart. The old recipe was more robust and complimented the rest of the sandwich so much better.Staff is lovely and kind but the food quality isn't the same, so I don't think I'll return until the recipe is improved or they return to the old one.

I like the place. Funky Northside feel. The pizza is pretty basic, so be specific and double up some things if you are looking for a lot of ingredients. This one was veggie, so honestly I was probably missing the meat. But they have meat, we just didn't order it. Buy local. Order Kitchen Factory.
