We’ve made many memories at this place at karaoke night and were pleasantly surprised how good the food was too the first time we ordered something more than drinks. ? The staff are great, super friendly and welcoming.

We made arrangements to celebrate an early dinner birthday party for a group of 15, plus a toddler. Everything was fantastic! The owner even proactively shared some of the ingredients of the recipes with our daughter-in-law so that she would know what our little guy was getting. He was so kind and engaging. Also a huge shout out to Alejandro, our waiter. He made sure everyone had exactly what they needed. Our first time there — we will all be back! Do yourself a favor and try the spicy margarita!! Everything was delicious!!!Vegetarian options: Three vegetarians in our group and there were happy to discover another great restaurant!

I was craving Mexican food after enjoying this nice weather we've been having. We headed down here to enjoy the steak faghitas and the torta carnitas with the amazing dipping sauce. Once I dipped it in the sauce my taste buds welcomed the flavors. This sauce is a one of a kind, Hugo special. You really need to try this sandwich , you will be amazed at all the flavors in this sandwich. I know we will be back to try more items from their menu.

Got take out from here. This place has very solid Mexican, great depth of flavor and items all cooked perfectly. The top selling items are all worth it. Not sure why the low ratings other than whiny karaoke wanna be's. If you go there to eat and drink, this place is worth it.

Best karaoke bar on a Saturday, so chill best pregame spot cheap drinks only 12 mins from the city
I had never eaten here before but wanted to give it a try. I ordered a BLT with chips for lunch. When you order online it makes you order and pay via door dash or Uber eats, so I just chose door dash even though it was a pickup order. When I arrived to get my food, the bartender approached me and started saying something about the price I had paid. He was speaking in such broken English that I could only understand a couple of words and he wasn't making much sense. He asked if I had used a coupon on doordash and I said no. From what I can tell, he was trying to say that my order should have cost $12 instead of the $11 that doordash had charged me. He said not to worry about it this time, since I had already paid, but then still continued going on and on about it. Even going as far as to get a menu to show me what the price should be. Yet when he showed me the menu, the price that was displayed was exactly what I had paid. He seemed very confused like even he didn't know what he was saying at that point. He then asked if I had ever ordered that item before ....as if I would have memorized the price or something and it was somehow my fault if doordash charged me incorrectly? After several minutes of this he told me next time I wanted to order I should call the restaurant and not use doordash.There won't be a next time.......If doordash is charging incorrectly or has the wrong prices listed then that's something the restaurant needs to handle directly with doordash- not the customer.And after all of that, the sandwich was honestly pretty mediocre. I'll stick to my tried and true spots that have friendly customer service and aren't going to haggle with me over $1. What a bizarre experience.

Soooo... went here back in 2020 and had a much better time. But last night, not so much. We had a big group of friends, we all got our karaoke songs on the list as soon as the KJ was taking them. Half our group didn't get to sing, and we were there till midnight. But several other cstomers got multiple turns on the mic. VERY annoying. Just do a damn first-come list! Also, and this one really infuriated me... our group had several Asian American folks, and the KJ let somebody sing Me So Horny by Two Live Crew. Really???? WTF?? He was 15 feet feet away and looking right our table. If you're going to do public Karaoke, you need a no-play list of OBVIOUSLY racially offensive songs. I'm not one the API peeps in our group, and I was very offended. Last but not least... the food really is not that great. They say "best Mexican in town." That's such a laugh. Over cooked carnitas and piles of unseasoned rice. Whatevs not going back.
