Really wanted to have a smoothie with my daughter and Smoothie King was going to be closed by the time we got there so I stopped here instead.For the price I was expecting a nice full flavored treat. What we got tested more like watered down fruit juice and felt about the same. I didn't know it was possible for smoothies to be so disappointing.Hard pass in the future.

Price isn't bad, and the food was okay. Had the Chipotle chicken club flatbread. Enjoyed the flavor, but the sandwich was a bit dry for my liking. Also got the kiwi quencher with lime add in. Smoothie was super tasty, and even if I dont get the food again, I definitely would recommend the smoothies.

“Peanut Butter Banana Bliss!“I recently tried the Peanut Butter Banana smoothie at Tropical Café, and it was an absolute delight! The blend of creamy peanut butter and ripe bananas created a deliciously satisfying concoction. The smoothie had the perfect balance of sweetness and nuttiness, making it a treat for my taste buds. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back for more of these heavenly smoothies. Highly recommend!”

Went into this location and was absolutely shocked at how the two workers here acted. My wife came out of this location shocked and embarrassed due to employees Sophie and kelly. She was picking up an order and due to her having an accent (she's Scottish and speaks only English) the girls whispered and laughed at her infront of her face. She could hear them plainly as this was in front of her face! Then as she was walking out of the store she heard one of the girls loudly say " I have NEVER heard and accent like THAT!"whilst they laughed even more. In this day and age you would think mocking someone from another country would be something completely outwith the remit of the workplace

There’s a few decent employees here but most are just rude, stare at you, don’t talk unless they absolutely have to, seem miserable to be there, also multiple drinks doesn’t constitute a drink carrier?lol

Manager won’t allow employees to give out drink carriers if there’s less than 3 drinks? Dude, my car doesn’t even have cup holders. Luckily the employee at the counter was willing to hand me one.If youre that tight on money, perhaps you shouldn’t be running the place.
This location is my favorite, it's always really good. Favorites are the Chai Banana Boost and the Jetty Punch! They also have really good wraps. Especially the Super Green Caesar wrap.

It’s always something when we come here, either it’s the food or the service. At our last visit our wraps were soggy - the lettuce was limp and wontons soggy - and there was little to no chicken, not to mention the wrap was chewy like it was old. I want this place to be good, but I’m disappointed every time and will not consider this location anymore.
