Had a fun night at Vinoklet Winery tonight! We had dinner with Kreso, the owner. What a fascinating man! We learned a lot about his background and the winery, and lots of sampling…came home with 6 bottles to enjoy in the near future. ?Dinner was delicious and so was the wine!! I had the salmon, mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables, We sat out in the solarium and had a view of the vineyard and a beautiful sunset!.Definitely worth the drive out for Dinner and/or a festival! And make sure you take him some bottles for later!

Great winery and dining experience...highly recommended! I do have a concern though. My 29 year old son, and daughter in-law, along with a party of friends, chose to celebrate his birthday and the birth of their newborn child, at Vinoklet the other night. They had a great experience however my son expressed a little disappointment of the appearance (oxidized) of his NY strip. He addressed his concern with his server who brought him another oxidized steak..stating that was the way they were, mininizing his concern. The the rest of the table were all served "ruby red" NY strips.(which he pointed out). My concern here is not the quality of the meat....but the response of the server. I understand the concept of oxidizing beef and its quality..I take no issue. Just the servers luke warm response to a customers concern and their ability to minimize or discredit a concern or complaint. I think it does nobody service, business, server staff, or customer, to ever minimize an issue brought to you by a customer. Thank you for your time and attention in the matter. I look forward to dining there in the future again...P.S. Also looking forward to the Bluegrass Wednesday's!

Vinoklet hosted our wedding, and it was the prefect venue for us. The landscape was alive with color in late October, the landscape was a riot of color with oranges, golden browns, reds and greens. Some of our favorite wedding photos were taken under the long grape leaf covered arches. There were wonderful pastoral photos to be had in the fields for our first look. I was worried about what to do as some of our guests had limited mobility, but the winery had carts on hand to get family members and friends down the hill if they couldn't do steps. The on site coordinator made it easy for the musicians and DJ (who set up the sound system). The weather was perfect, but in the event of rain Vinoklet had a back up plan in place to host us in the event of rain in the gazebo. Our guests appreciated the bar opening early for us so we could lift a glass and start our celebrations a little early. They were a pleasure to work with and will certainly keep them in mind for any larger party we might want to throw.

We made late New Years Eve reservations online that did not register with the restaurant. But the staff accommodated us anyway we had a great dinner.

Great local wines. Many varieties for the wine lover. A really nice festival towards the end of summer.

Very interesting restaurant! Slightly out-dated style in the restaurant. VERY LIMITED MENU and very expensive for what you get. Chicken dinner was $45 and you cook the meat yourself in a dimly lit cold room. The "flow" was also interesting as our party was just walking around looking for direction on what to do next. Food was decent. You do get a wine tasting and half bottle of wine (but if you don't drink- it's only $2 off the price). ALSO, they do not offer to-go boxes "because it's buffet style", per the staff however this is not buffet style at all. Very interesting. Also it is recommended you bring your own spices.

Wonderful every time I go, the ladies there are so nice and helpful. The person serving the food. Could be a bit nicer. Maybe she was just tired of being in that same spot all night.

We were excited to check out this winery for the first time and were disappointed. We were told by two women in a tent that we needed to pay $5 for wristbands (for the arts festival I guess?) and we told them we wanted to go to the restaurant. They said we couldn’t go inside because we didn’t have reservations. We told them it doesn’t say reservations were required online and asked if we could ask the host how much of a wait it would be. They told us no we could not go ask and that they were gonna call the owner. I’m not sure why staff would deny potential patrons the opportunity to give them business but we decided to go elsewhere based on their attitude and interaction.

As I wright this I want to give this place 5 stars but can't. It has the full potential to be Amazing! The location is absolutely beautiful and would not ever guess this was in my community less than 10 min away. Have been here several times over the years. In the past the price was right for what you get. But now for dinner you get NY Strip, Filet, chicken, salmon, or shrimp. Now mind you you have to cook your own food which is fun. But the sides are a small bowl salad somebody makes for you, a small baked potato, store bought regular rolls, and some steamed veggies. No other choices. There used to be a self service sides and had more options. All for the low price of 45-50 a person. Now it does include a half bottle of wine. The quality of the steak was like a Kroger basic cut NY Strip. It was tough and dry. If they actually used quality mains, bread, and gave some options for sides would be worth it for the amazing wine and location.

Nice atmosphere. Good wine selection. Food service was a little spotty. Seemed to be slow in the kitchen. Grill your own food on the weekends is fun.

Volunteered at a booth selling wine yesterday. Very laid back and welcoming environment. Beautiful property. This was my first time there so I'll plan to come back and enjoy it as a customer.
