Food was amazing as always! But this time we were being impressed with the management on at the time. Matthew showed true kindness and leadership. He was cleaning and restocking and making sure everyone got breaks in the lull of business. As a bar grill owner Matthew is the kind of guy we dream of! Way to go!!!!

Regular at waffle House on beechmont. We know Jessica, Tiffany, and Lorna from our frequent visits. They are amazing. Well today was not. Knew no one working and was treated as invisible. Walked in at 1p, waited for a table to be fully cleaned before we sat at booth in front of window. The place immediately cleared out. Sat for a few without being acknowledged. Looked at the time 1:13. Walked out at 1:21 without ever being acknowledged. Got myself and my daughter in the car. Watched 2 different men walk into the restaurant, sit and get service immediately before I pulled out of the lot. Feeling quite frustrated and not sure how to interpret this.

My 9yr old son and I came in Monday morning 6:40am. It was not busy at all, including us they had a total of 4 customers.... they had two waitresses sitting at the table with nothing to do....We sat down and ordered, I asked for coffee with the cream and sweet and low. She just dumped a couple creamers, our drinks and ran off. But when I tried to ask her she didn't seem interested in attending my table and more interested in sitting directly behind us with her fellow co-workers and use profanity loudly in earshot of my 9yr old.Then she brings me my food over first.. and we had to wait several more minutes for my son's single waffle. My food was poorly made and felt ice cold. The bacon looked like it was freshly cut off the pig and barely cooked.But I couldn't get a chance to tell her because she kept disappearing. She did not once come check on us or ask us how we were doing. I made the mistake of asking for a Togo coffee. She slammed a tiny to go cup on the table.This is my second time coming here and very disappointed. I was hoping they would redeem themselves. They did not....

I visited Waffle House this morning and was deeply disappointed by the experience. The service was notably poor; the server never once checked to see if my meal was satisfactory. Adding to the frustration, my bacon arrived overcooked. It seemed the server was more focused on her own breakfast than attending to customers. To top it off, I wasn’t even informed that they were out of straws, a small but telling detail that speaks volumes about their attention to customer service. This visit was a letdown, and I hope the management takes note to improve their standards.
