Every time I come to this location my food is always fresh and made the way I order it they always make sure to clarify if of what I say to get it correct and no matter who seems to be working they always say thank you and your welcome with a smile now aways it's hard to find fast food that hits every mark Everytime but this specific location and staff do . 10 out of 10 recommend

Service terrible. The window guy is on his phone and doesn't even notice that we pulled up to pay for our food.Then the sandwiches were cold. How can the bread be soggy and hard at the same time but it was. The fries were old, cold and inedible.This Wendy's is absolutely horrid.

Question why do you all mopped the dining room at 8 am and not put up wet floor signs I almost fell please put up the wet floor signs up or mop before you all open the doors someone could fall

This is literally the best Wendy's in the area. Fries are always crispy, chicken is bangin'. They might sound rude in the drive thru, but I promise you the food is going to be amazing.

Came here , food was cold sandwich not made correctly. Brought it back asked for fresh hot food, they gave me cold food again. Do not recommend. Go one exit up they always give fresh food.
My biggest problem is the manager, Melinda. I don't believe I have ever visited this location and not heard her completely disrespecting her employees loudly enough to be heard throughout the entire restaurant in such a manner/ language I wouldn't speak to an enemy of mine. I even witnessed last night the manager throwing a sealed box of a decent size at a female employee while yelling at her and I know there is never a reason to throw anything at an employee, the poor girl was so caught off guard. I pray that company would care enough about the employees to thoroughly look into this, because I know I have spoken to other customers while waiting for food about the disgusting manner the employees that make the company run are treated in a very embarrassing and belittling manner. She is the only reason I can't give this Wendy's location a perfect review. Thank you for your time and consideration into my concerns.

Just went through the drive-thru and my daughter asked me to get her a BBQ sauce for her meal.. was told i can’t have one unless i pay 30 cents per sauce because i didn’t buy chicken nuggets. thats insane. a ton of people dip fries in BBQ. why charge for that? i spent 30+ dollars already. why upset customers over 30 cents. i don’t understand that logic.

I have only 1 gripe for all Wendy's as well as all other service window restaurants. The service from the employees lack concentration and tend to not complete an order correctly. Other employees in the kitchen prepare and dress a sandwiches. With lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle using tiny pieces and thin slices. Wow what a shortfall of portioning the garden. Managers attention these issues are costly complaints are compensated by replacement. Train your employees and don't be skimpy. Salads are hard dried cubes of chicken and once again skimpy amounts of lettuce in a small size dinner plate.
