I hate this Wendy’s. Apparently you have to order your sauces at the order screen and can’t ask for it at the window? And if you do get any ketchup, they will give you ONE packet. Old lady there was super rude.

Ordered a orange creamsicle frosty then told they were out and it would be 10 minutes to make one. I decided not to wait and I wanted my money back. The manager told me no refunds and I was out of luck. This is not the first time I've had bad service at this Wendy's and wont come back. This is absolutely the worst Wendy's in Cincinnati if not on the entire planet. The manager refused to give me her name and said she didn't give a damn that I would get in touch with their corporate headquarters.

Drove thru 1.5 hours before close. The lights were on and employees inside. I drove up to the speaker. They waited three minutes before answering it--likely in hopes I'd drive away. When they finally answered, they asked what I'd like to order. I asked for a large fry and a medium chocolate frosty. They said they closed the frosty machine already...an hour and a half before close. If you're going to not offer the food you serve, just go ahead and close the whole store when you start shutting down your machines. There's no sense in staying open, because you can't make sales and it just wastes customer time.

Way better than the other locations in this area. This one actually has what you ordered, and they're friendly, fast and serve hot tasty food. Definitely recommend this one and their chilli cheese baked potato is sooo goood!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Always forget either my sauce, straw, or both. Didn’t get my sour cream or butter this time as well as my sauce. Very lazy and never make sure everything is together!

The Kenwood location has been the slowest with the worst tasting food in the area. Not sure how this franchise is permitted to stay open. I haven't been here in over a couple years. Thought I would try them today. Nothing has changed. I will not return.

We were in the drive-through at the Norwood location, and after sitting in the drive-through for a while, once it was our turn to order, the cashier asked us to come back in 5 minutes. I asked her if we could wait at the speaker, and she said no, you're on a timer. After waiting 15 mins, we drove back to place our order, and the cashier said come back in 4 mins. I gave up and went to KFC, but this makes you want to cook at home.

Ordered through the app, got a bacon double stack biggie bag. Picked up and got back to work and found the bag only had a burger. No fries, no nuggets, and they gave me a small drink instead of a medium. Every single time, things are missing and food is undercooked, and nobody answers the phone to notify management of the mistakes. They are so consistently wrong and terrible at their jobs, it just isn’t worth trying and hoping for a better experience. Don’t waste your time or money, there are plenty of other places to go in the area. This location is hot garbage

Their drive through is open till 12. I pulled up to the speaker at 11:57. When they saw my car they turned the menu lights off and nobody said a word. Could have said "hey sorry we are closed" but no, they let me sit there for 5 minutes in silence. Don't go here
