Stopped in this location for the first time in a long time, and I will not be returning any time soon. Drink machine was down the whole time, no napkins out for people to use, other empty supplies like ketchup and lids. Pretty dirty everywhere too. Doesn't seem like the employees have much to work with, but not sure how much they are responsible for. Employee service was in general just ok, but they weren't the worst. Also took longer than it should have to get our food. This location needs major help.

Need a better Management at this location! When looking at the cooking area looked dirty and nasty like it hasn't been cleaned in months! Coca-Cola fountain out of most flavors. The dinning room was a filthy mess no clean tables hardly while seeing the workers behind the counter playing on cellphones and standing around. Also noticed the parking lot and landscaping needs attention.. there was trash all over the parking lot like it's never hardly picked up. As for the food it was so so. The frosty price needs to be lowered $3.99 for a large and give you the size of a Medium (meaning how they filled the cup). Hope to see improvements here!

I ordered a baconator fries and Sweet tea ..I ate in.buy notice my baconator only had one patty and two pieces of bacon .brought it to a managers attention but got treated like I did something wrong. I know no one reads these reviews within the company but do yourself a favor do eat here.

Ok- this is by far not only the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to- but the absolute worst option for fast food in this area!I have tried so many times with this Wendy’s hoping it was just a freak occurrence or maybe something had just been off in previous visits- bc I wanted this Wendy’s to be an option for us! I have a large family and I live right up the street!However, after many, many attempts too many to count I am so done with this Wendy’s!The employees are so rude! They need more than job training they need to learn something about customer service! Seriously!The line is always wrapped around almost to the street, and it moves so slow!There have been a few times where McDonald’s has had something going on with their computers or something so I’ve came over to Wendy’s and every time I’m sitting in the line thinking “why did I do this again? I knew better than to do this again”, I could have waited for whatever was going on over there at McDonald’s and been through their line and home before I ever even reach the speaker to order at Wendy’s! No joke!And then like I said, when you do get up there they’re rude, and unprofessional, always out of everything and super unorganized!And for some reason- even when you drive by and nobody’s there- you would think you’d get right through right? Nope! Not here! I have also several times tried this route- like the other morning before school- I thought ok it’s morning I’m sure they’re making this breakfast stuff they advertise all the time- omg! My son was so late for school- they told me to pull up to the sidewalk someone would bring it out- even tho- why!? It’s just me! I wanted to say - no I’ll wait here - bc I knew they were gonna forget about us! So 13 minutes in and I go in to tell them they can have the food if it’s not ready I don’t even need my money back right now- I’ll be back- my sons gonna be late for his exams- they hand me his food like it was just sitting there!? I’m like??? Were you going to let me just sit there as long as it took?!And it’s stuff like that- ALL THE TIME!you go to the window- and they’re literally out of everything- it’s just a hot mess and it sucks bc we don’t have a great selection in this area… all of our ff places suck fr but this Wendy’s absolutely takes the cake for them all!And you KNOW it’s bad when nobody from management or corporate ever even responds to these reviews! Mixed my order up with the car next to me didn't even confirm the order before handing out the food. Went in to tell them they didn't believe me right away even though I had the receipt. Finally got order and they burnt the hell out of meat. Don't go here if you want Wendy's there are better ones not too far from this one.

The person that was taking are order I could tell they did drugs before they came to work. by the way they where doing there job had the same movements like someone doing hard drug use. I personally think that they needed to be tested for drugs. If I come back to this place again and nothing changes I will never come back to this place. I don't want to find drugs in my meal of laced with drug
Everything was horrible. We ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks. We got one half filled small fry instead of the 2 medium ones, my jr bacon cheeseburger was cold with a core of lettuce sticking out, the lemonades weren't mixed with all of the fruit sitting on the bottom. Absolute shit service and I'd never go here again, I'd rather starve
