Now that I live nearby, I have eaten here and from here several times. The selection allows one choice but I have eaten in, carried out and had delivery. I was prompted to verify the hours, I can guess that may be because there are incidents they were not serving during 'open' hours. I have experienced that on more than one occasion and was because the register was not accepting cards. ? In addition, the drinks desired was not available. I have never had bad food from here.I Love the Sausage Biscuits!

If you are a Caucasian person steer clear of this location. I have been ignored for 15 to 20 minutes when coming to the store and it's happened multiple times. It's pretty obvious that no one on the staff including the mgr who was a female with a Caribbean accent cares let alone works hard.

The Jamaican woman who served me was very rude. She tried to make me pay for my prepaid mobile order, tried to substitute my small frosty for a drink in a jr frosty cup, and was very curt overall. It took them 5 minutes to make 10 nuggets and a small fry, and when I got them they were cold and overcooked. Will not be going again!

11:10am 2/9/24 I ordered food here. I accidentally ordered a classic chicken sandwich instead of a crispy chicken sandwich. I caught it before I paid and I asked to switch it. The cashier needed the help from the manager and the manager told Lexi that she “needs to get people’s orders right because I don’t have time for this” and I spoke up and told the manager that it was my fault. She ended up shoving my food in my face and told the cashier again that she didn’t have time for this, and I repeated myself that it was my fault. I feel terrible for the cashier… I’m sorry she treated you that way.

The ONLY reason I’m marking this five stars is because I want people to see it. Not only is the Jamaican lady at this location a literal walking negative attitude embodied as a person - but I have reason to believe she’s a walking hazard. I think she spit in my food. The Jamaican lady that works at night is always freaking rude. She is literally the worst person to even have at the window. Her attitude nasty, appearance doesn’t ever seem very cleanly and she ALWAYS forgets my food. Like tonight, I decided to give them another chance and at the window when I was about to ask if I could pay for extra sauces, she cuts me off mid sentence and says” we don’t take orders at the window” uh yeah lady I know that I used to work here, I was going to ask for extra sauces. She didn’t say anything just slammed the window in my face opened it gave me my bag and yes, you guessed it. She didn’t put my sauces AND forget a whole part of my order. Even the light skin male with locs knew she was out of order with the way she spoke to me because he gave her a funny look himself - he’s like “why so rude?”. To top everything off, I don’t wanna jump the gun but I swear I feel like she did something nasty to my food. There was a moist liquid with no color and bubbles right in the middle of the sandwich she didn’t forget to put in my bag. It was see thru, like spit. I really feel like my stuff was spit in or they did something to it. This was my last night spending money here. She need to take that attitude back to where she came from and not work in customer service anymore no cap

Got charged for two large sweet teas. was handed a small unsweet and told we don't have any large cups. Ordered a chocolate cold brew and got melted caramel.
