We frequent wendy's all the time and this one is the worst! They are always slow and the food is always wrong. The workers seem like they don't care that they have customers. They only wait on one car at a time. If you are thinking of going here. Don't. Go to one of the other Wendy's that are within 2 miles.

Couldn’t even eat the fries I ordered. They were so soggy and mushed together. The girl that brought out my food couldn’t have been more rude. I was there hours before closing so you figure they’d still be making fresh food?!? I knew right away based on that interaction with the girl that brought out the food that it was gonna be trash. The fries were so saturated in grease and had clearly been sitting there for quite some time. They were actually just a lump of fry mush. It was an absolute waste of my money. I won’t be back. Just hoping I don’t get sick from the few bites I took.

Service was horrible. I was the only person in the restaurant and stood there for 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I asked the manager if I should go through the drive thru since that appeared to be their focus she raised a finger at me as if to indicate she would be with me momentarily, she disappeared again and I just left.

The staff at this location are unreliable and dangerously careless. Last night my spicy chicken sandwich was literally raw. I could have been seriously sick.Other anecdotes:I’ve had carry out that took over 30 min to get ready (there wasn’t a long line inside). Baked Potatoes have only been available every other time I’ve ordered one. The frosty machine is ‘broken’ about as often.Raw chicken was the last straw. It’s not worth it. Don’t go here.

1 person in front of me, food was in hands 9 minutesCame in at 10pm, was expecting the worst. I always get 3 crispy chickens and medium fry.The best 3 crispy chickens I have had in 2+ years. Have had 150+ crispy chickens and they fr killed it. Fry’s were very solid I asked for no salt and they new a batch for me ??

I got 2 orders of 10 piece nuggets and they shorted me multiple nuggets not once but twice and you can’t even call up there to complain because they never answer the phone . Then I had a small chocolate frosty coupon on the app that used and had proof of purchase and the guy wouldn’t give me the frosty basically saying my receipt is not good enough . Then I ask to speak with a mgr the dude said I am the mgr but the entire conversation he was texting someone on his phone. NEVER GO HERE !!!

Lights in the parking lot were off. I waited for 2 cars ahead of me to order. Pulled forward to the speaker to be told curtly to wait. Several minutes passed and someone mumbles something so i take that as my queue to order. I tell them the name for my mobile order, theres a long pause followed by "pull around" i pull to the other side to see the cashier with her arms out the window already signaling for me to pull into a parking space despite there being no cars ahead of or behind me. All told i waited 15 minutes for a large fry and a burger. When it is finally shived into my hand, she tosses a "nice night" over her back as she's walking away.Extremely slow service and bad attitudes, but at least the fries were hot.

Spending almost 20, fries and nuggets are over fried. Couldn't get my recept because they always get my payment and ask to pull up to the door. Also for whatever reason it seems like they have an auto response right when you pull up saying "one min"

10/15/23: Service was great - both drive-thru people polite and nice. Didn't skimp on salads like someone was doing before. Ghost pepper fries were OK, although for the price should have been more than just a small size fry portion - didn't realize they'd be so greasy
