Ordered for delivery 8 hot honey tenders plus 10 piece mixed half hot honey and half lemon pepper received my order only to get all lemon pepper I’m soooooo upset like how do you mess up an order like this I’m so fed up with spending my money with these places only to get ripped

This restaurant looks unkempt, my 3rd time placing an order that is not ready at scheduled time and never a polite person in the building. I don't understand how it's still open & to help remedy that I'm not going again, I recommend you do the same.

Food is great, but they consistently get your order super wrong. It is so annoying and on the verge of intentionally disrespectful at this point. So I guess the question is why do I keep doing this to myself.

I came to order and TeaAsia(Host) was so rude, not even a hello or hi , she was being super loud and couldn’t even listen correctly for the name of my order.. then the lady after us got a discount from her food… I’m happy about the food but a host/cashier is the first u see when u come in! You don’t need to be having all that attitude.

This Wingstop sucks. Went in to pick up my order tonight that was supposed to be done at 7:20… after waiting 20 minutes, my food was given to someone else and I knew it right when it was handed to him. I was told my food was being remade and would take 5 minutes (which is impossible.) I waited and after 20 minutes it STILL wasn’t done. The staff wasn’t very apologetic and I will be reaching out to get my money back. Was there for an HOUR waiting on food. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never return.

Would of been nice to know it was dry rub. Only tasted Parmesan no garlic. The ranch it came with was huge which was good but I assumed it wouldn't be as most places and paid an extra like 3.50 for a ranch I didn't need . The fries were good.

I ordered the 10pc wing combo w/Louisiana Rub, this will be the 2nd or 3rd time ordering wings from Wingstop.and I'm very disappointed.First of all, if I order 10 wings, I should have gotten 5 flats/5 drum, but no I got 2 flats and all drum. I thought it was Half/Half!!!! Right???? Am I tripping???? Anyways, my wings warm and fries was half done and coldNot satisfied with this order at freaking all.But hey FOR THE PRICE,WE GET WHAT WE PAY FOR!!!!!THANKS COVID PANDEMIC FOR F'UP SERVICE

I’m not from Cincinnati but I was here visiting & stopped by & I had a great experience the service was fast everyone was actually working and not playing around ! EVERYONE acknowledged & Greeted me when I came through the door ! My host Was Niya & she is Awesome like she really be on top on things & I watched her keep things organized so that things would go steady for her ! Overall I’m very happy , I got to the parking lot and ate tf out of my wings so fast I forgot to take a picture lmfaooo but yeah TAPPP ON INNN , they good on my end ! & I’ll be back when I get back to y’all city From the K
