Zulu is out of business. We received no notice. We showed up at the restaurant and the doors were locked. A passerby said they closed. Very disappointing that no management notified customers with reservations.

Birthday dinner Reservations made Confirming email day before Arrived to find they had permanently closed for business the day of our reservation Way to ruin my wife's birthday!!!

I go here every chance I get and I try a new offering from the mussel bar every time! Last night's choice?! Their Spanish version. Unbelievable. Everyone who works here is professional, hospitable and genuine. The prices are very reasonable. The food is delicious. I love this restaurant. You will too.

Service and food was outstanding. From the manager at the front desk, who also was touching tables, to our server, to the flavors and presentation of the food, it was all really, really well done. We can't wait to go back!

Went with my family to Zula on my birthday and was treated to a veritable feast. We are almost everything on the menu and walked away satiated and pleased with the experience. I highly recommend Zula for any and every occasion.

Small plates menu that is wide-ranging and delicious. Service was attentive and friendly. Please note that tables are close together. We enjoyed conversing with our neighbors but folks that are worried about Covid may be put off.

Wow. The definition of rude and not customer focused. We had a party with a set menu and one person could not eat anything with tree nuts due to a life threatening reaction. All the dishes served had nuts. When asked for an alternative, the restaurant refused to allow any substitution. And, they refused to make any of the menu items without nuts or nut sauce. Even if you don't care about customer service, I wouldn't recommend.

Delicious very creative food , super friendly and efficient service , cool decor, many seating options. We sat at bar height window seats , enjoying seared salmon olives eggplant fries and roasted cauliflower and Albariño wine. Can't wait to return !

The restaurant is right across the street from the Washington Park garage. Easy access from freeways if you are coming from the suburbs. We had the mussels in Thai sauce, the Spanish flatbread, and salted caramel creme brulee. The mussels and the Thai sauce were outstanding. I could eat those everyday. The flatbread was also delicious. Unlike flatbreads at other restaurants, the flatbread here is slightly thicker and hence doesn't become soggy. Excellent choice, but I imagine you can't go wrong with any of their flatbreads. The creme brulee was okay. Maybe the salted caramel didn't appeal to my taste, but my wife loved it. The service is outstanding and very attentive. I would easily go here again. This is indeed a gem in the city.

I have been coming to Zula for many years.. love the vibe and menu-although would be nice to see some new things on the menu. Had our tried & true menu: eggplant fries, tuna tartare, beef carpaccio and margarita flatbread. All was pretty good except the Carpaccio wasn't great-very salty & we left most of it. Little disappointed the margarita flatbread didn't have fresh tomatoes ?-it IS tomato season after all! I want to mention that we did have wonderful, friendly service from our waitress and enjoyed the “flatbread maker” as we sat overlooking the pizza oven. I also appreciate that you can get a reservation here on OpenTable even on FC CINCI game nights (which this was). Many other local spots won't take reservations on game days-which is annoying.

Outstanding small plates, cocktails, service and atmosphere. When I say everything I ate was excellent, I mean EVERYTHING.

Incredible. The dummies next to us were talking about doing butt stuff in a movie they shot or something but we were already wined and dined and on our way out. Also, the dummies weren't the restaurants fault. Best food I've had in a long time in cincy. Knowledgeable staff, approachable menu, reasonable portions.

First time at Zula for me, second for my wife. Well staffed with attentive people. Our server, Sam, was knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. The funghi mussels were fabulous and comforting. Definitely get the bread!

The food was amazing. The restaurant has a very good ambiance. The only comment I have is that we felt a bit rushed. I wish they time the service so we don't have a lot of dishes at the same time

Great place to grab a bite before heading over to the performing arts building. Casual atmosphere and great food!
