The food was cooked to order and very good. Penny the lady at the drive thru window is awesome with a great personality. She should be recognized by her employer for doing an awesome job.

We got a large stuffed crust. Half the works with banana peppers and the other side Hawaiian with mushrooms. The crust is good. Banana peppers were on the Hawaiian side. Too many toppings the works side and not enough pineapple on Hawaiian side. Very sloppily cut and uneven pieces of pizza.

I know they changed the Sausage Patty to sausage crumbles when ordering the Big Don Sub, which was a big mistake. Takes away from the original Sub. Prefer the Patty, don’t order as often any more. Still love the pizza.

This branch can never get an order right. Plus the food has gone down hill badly. My meatball sub had only a spoon full of sauce and each side. (Twice now) And on our second sub they sprinkled sausage crumbles on it instead of the patty that used to be on it and was cold. We've been over charged when ordering over the order service system. And when tried to fix the problem we were only refunded a lesser amount for the same order. We had both burnt and under cooked pizza's. So, For this family we're done. I'd rather get a $5 pizza from Zanis than order from hear again.

My pizza was burnt & my sub bun was too soggy with Italian dressing that I had asked for on the side so I wouldn't have this problem. This was at Circleville location. Pizza Cottage here I come, next time, never again will I order from donatos, after calling in about it & the response I got back, she didn't care !!!
