Just called to see if there was a cake (already made) that I could get for my 15 yr old g'daughters bd tonight. Was told 'I'm on the other side of the store and I don't know whats over there'. Um, ok, can anyone else help me? 'there aren't many already made, uh it's closed'. THANKS!

Very disappointed. My sons 3rd birthday was over the weekend and we stopped In a month ago and ordered his cake. Go to pick it up and they tell us the lady called off and it wasn’t ready. I’m only giving 1 star because they did compensate with 2 free smaller cakes however they didn’t have a chocolate cake and that’s the only cake my son likes so needless to say he didn’t even get to eat his own cake on his birthday. I will not order cake from here ever again. Could have at least called me to let me know because they had my phone number but no call.

The click list used to be wonderful and convenient now it sucks! This is an every time occurrence. Scheduled pick up for 4 pm and here it is 715pm and still not ready. I went in to grab a few items I had forgotten and their was 5 people sitting in the click list office. Only open it for a few each hour if you do not have the staff. I get low staffing but when you see 5 people sitting around that’s an issue. No one was picking the missing crate that was apparently holding up my order I went down every isle.

Just had an great experience I feel needs sharing! I was stopping at Kroger to pick up a couple things. I was standing inline with tears streaming down my face after having an awful day at work. Natalie the cashier was so kind and thoughtful. Told me that it looks like I was having a bad day and told me don’t worry my ice cream and Doritos. And that she hope things got better. We need more people in this world like her. Kroger you have a great employee! Thanks Natalie for making my horrible day brighter!!!

HORRIBLE customer service from the store manager! not 10pm...and she proceeds to follow people around the store threatening not to allow you to check out.... i was out of the store BEFORE 10PM YET she was harassing me at 10 min till!! I will definitely be letting corporate know!

Overall friendly and decent store (which is good given it’s one of few options available for groceries in circleville - just Walmart and aldi)
I witnessed a elderly lady get almost injured and watched two employees put their hands up and a universal sign not my job, not my department ,very disappointed. I would like to know if they knew the cart rack was not in working order??

They seem to prefer people use cick list as they only keep mimimal lines open other than self scan. i see self scan as a way of having fewer employees. They didn't put enough signage in the remodel (ex. no fruit sign in frozen section). Feels more like Walmart now.

Every time I have gone to this Kroger they are out of everything that’s on sale I’ve never been to a Kroger that does not stock more.. I’m so frustrated the only reason I go to this Kroger is the pharmacy.. I’ll shop else where!!

Was going to get some pasta salad last night. It's very good with lots of goodies. I left without it. The Deli had a container with a very scraps of pasta in it, I ask the clerk for some out of the new container(it had all the veggies) He insisted I that i take the last of the scraps, I said but I want the other with the goodies, he would not give it to me I left with none. My husband shop at your grocery because of your perks. I come to your store maybe 4 or 5 times a year mostly holidays ( he does all the shopping) most of the times the clerks at the Deli.. are very rude.
