An ok place for a meeting, however food is quite mediocre. Humus , falafel not as good as authentic Lebanese food. Desserts as well, baklava dry and lacks flavour. Service ok. Want good Lebanese? Turkish? Many places in Cleveland better than Aladdins.

Nice job on the renovation! Could use a few big plants, and battery candles on the tables in the evening. Food is great and still a good value. Wine too. Servers are super friendly and knowledgeable.A favorite place.

Middle Eastern Cafe with fresh, healthy choices and efficient service. We booked a large party for a work celebration and it was perfect. Everyone loved their food, and the vibe is quiet enough to carry on a conversation. The only caution is that parking can be tricky, so allow more time to find a spit (CH is repairing one of the parking garages).

Pizza was soggy for the second time. Hummus with the to go order didn’t include any bread to dip in it. Make the trip to the Independence location, their food is so much better! This location has been a miss each time I’ve been.

The waiter chased me outside the restaurant harassing me and my kids!! They need to do a better job training their servers. The waiter who served us was not friendly and when we asked him for a to-go containers he kept asking like how many? how many? I told him 8 as I have all my family with me, I was not sure how many and I left the unused ones. However, he brought a crumbled bag and tossed it on the table!!!!. He was not friendly. The same waiter (white short guy, kinda bold, with brown beard) followed me to the parking lot, harassing me, and terrorizing me and my kids yelling at me in anger at the parking lot because I wrote on the receipt "the waiter needs to be friendly"!! That is INSANE and I never imagined a waiter follows customers to the parking lot chasing them, yelling, harassing, and wanting to have a physical fight!! My kids were traumatized with this outrageous behavior!!!! I called and complained to the manager but I don't believe they are going to do anything. Regret to go there but never plan to go to Aladdin anymore whatsoever.

We dined in on Thursday, February 8th and it was amazing! The star of this location is truly Sebastian! He is very knowledgeable with the menu and he makes your dining experience special! The ambience was great as well as the food. Kudos, Sebastian! We will be back again!
