I got a bag like I always do but recently every time and I do mean every time something is missing or the extra sausages is close to none. This particular time I ordered and they forgot my potatoes in the bag and told me I was telling a lie. I’m spending $50 why wld I have to lie about my food. I wld never purchase food from them again I’ll keep ordering the sauce and make my own bags. So disappointed…. I gotta call which was really big of the owner he listened to my concerns and said pls come tomorrow and get another bag. When he came he right the wrong it was good hot and fresh and everything was there. Stand on business pls businesses. Thanks

My first time food was good a few days later I ordered again...my rice was over cook..The cabbage was undercook. And, the cherry on top as i was eating my food i found a hair in my rice. I WONT BE BACK!!

The food is always overcooked we never get store credit or money back when we call the store about the food being disgusting by being overcooked or missing shrimp or eggs or corn …. The manger is no where to be found to handle this

Wow, I just had the best seafood ever in Cleveland! We got combo B with lobster, snow crab, shrimp, corn, potato, and egg, and it was amazing. The sauce was on point, and everything tasted super fresh. Don't skip the lobster bisque – it's a game-changer. Even my friend, who's allergic to seafood, loved the beef hibachi. This place is officially my new go-to for seafood cravings!" ???????
This is one of the best seafood Boil place in Cleveland. We had the Duo bag with snow crab legs and shrimp and it was delicious. Although it was missing the potato we supposed to get but the rest was very good.
