Awful customer service. I placed an order online through their website to the Coventry location. The computer for whatever reason wasn’t pushing the orders through. I’d already been waiting for 15 minutes before the woman working at the counter figured out what the problem was. Since I placed the order online, I wasn’t able to cancel it from the store, and the woman said she didn’t know how to. I then had to proceed and wait for another 20 minutes to get my order. When she handed it to me, she said “this isn’t my fault, I don’t know why it wasn’t pushing the orders through, I’m not responsible for this.” Then literally threw my food at me and walked away. Go to Grums down the street or anywhere else but here!

They’ve stopped adding pickles. I paid for the extra pickle as well and still got 0. Should have 4 pickles and I have none :(No pickles last few times. You suck Dave. Your special sauce is just Italian dressing you’re not fooling

Literally, one person working counter and register. I ordered my sub at 12:15 and got my order at 1:30. Waited an hour and half to get a one sub. Even though was only one person. He wasn’t moving very fast. Other worker walked in around 1ish. Looked around didn’t do anything to help the other co-worker. And just left. There where 5-6 people ahead of me, waiting as well. Then the only worker tried to charge me for a fountain drink I already paid for. Even if I didn’t pay for a fountain drink. Something should have been offered for waiting an hour and a half. I only get an half hour for lunch. Just ridiculous. Don’t have enough workers, close the doors. And stop taking more orders. I WILL NEVER EAT AT DAVES AGAIN!!! And I’ve spent plenty of money there. The Cleveland heights location.

Dave would be shaking his head in disappointment with how this store is run. The food is fine but the service is soo bad. No one seems to pick up the phone at peak hours (11:30-1:30) M-Saturday and the prices on various apps are super inflated. Something needs to be done and unfortunately Dave seems to not care about his stores any more. $21.00 for a sub sandwich. You clowns have lost your mind!!!! #davesubscoventry

The older lady of color has a very unprofessional demeanor. She makes or complete the order when she feels like it. From my perspective. She will get paid wether she fulfill an order or not. She's causing this business to lose sales
