Vegan night at Eugene’s is AMAZING! Got the delicious vegan supreme burger. It’s so nice to get a delicious beet burger. Too many impossible burgers these days. Pickles on the side to DIE FOR! Also the bun, the cheese, the sauce…Wow! Just wow. We will be back! There is a vegan option not on Thursdays as well, but nice to have so many on Thursdays
