I was attracted to this place because of all the good reviews and photos of the buns so decided to give it a shot... Although we arrived after 1, 90% of their buns were already sold out with no plans to restock. Maybe it means they're really good?! But can't comment on that since we didn't end up buying any of the ones that were left. The biggest disappointment was the quality and taste of their bubble tea. When I saw all the powders and syrups on their back counter, I should've clued in but since I was pretty desperate for caffeine, I proceeded to buy a jasmine milk green tea with pearls. While the Jasmine flavor was very strong, the tapioca pearls were NOT good. The texture of the pearls was really soft on the outside (with no "chew" factor) and the taste of the pearls was bland with a hint of green onion or garlic! So needless to say, I avoided drinking any of the pearls and barely finished my drink. Would definitely NOT recommend this place for their milk teas and pearls!

We grabbed breakfast and coffee here on our way home from a long weekend in Cleveland. It's a quiet Asian bakery, and the proprietors are very helpful and friendly. Lots of tasty options to choose from in their case. Coffee was nice and strong. Overall, a good experience.

Very cute shop, delicious drinks and desserts. They will NOT replace unsatisfactory drinks so don’t get the strawberry milk tea, it’s gross. Some workers are very friendly while others have a bad attitude. It’s a 50/50 chance on how your experience will be.

I am in the mood for boba approximately every day, so on a recent visit to Cleveland, my friend took me here, and it was delicious! The staff are so friendly and the service was very quick. I ordered a regular milk tea with boba and it was sooo good! I was worried because they don't let you adjust your sweetness level like lots of boba shops, but it was perfect: a bit sweet, but not even remotely overwhelming. The boba was chewy and the tea didn't have that weird powdery taste some milk teas have. I wish I had been hungry, because they had several display cases with cakes, pastries, steam buns, breads, etc. that looked amazing! On a future visit, I hope to come here for a meal and just eat my way through the pastries. And, of course, get another boba.

Food and drinks are great, atmosphere is fun, when they actually keep their hours. Their hours say open until 8pm but if you go after 6pm there's a good chance they closed up and left early, no sign on the door or anything.

My partner and I come here semi-regularly and each time get boba tea. I learned today that they make the boba from scratch and that is why it's PERFECT every time. We also love getting the pork and beef buns. Thanks very much Koko Bakery!Vegetarian options: They have plant based options for sticky rice banana leaf, green onion buns, cheese buns.

Cute atmosphere but as my first time here I got a strawberry milk tea that I’ve had other places and know I like . I tried it at this place at it was disgusting, more sour than anything and tangy than sweet with a strawberry flavor.I stated i didn’t like it and kindly asked if i could have something else since it’s already been paid for to be told no you cannot unless you pay for another drink and we don’t do refundsI asked what kind of policy is that to be asked “what’s a policy?” Clearly something this store does not have . And was then antagonized by her saying “someone’s not happy today”

I'm in here at least 3x/week, sometimes 4. They know my order and start making it when I walk in. There's a wide variety of drinks & treats, and their boba is the best in the city--pillowy soft and just the right amount of chew. I love the welcome I get when I enter.

Extremely rude service. Keep rushing me to make the order. Plus if you close at 8, don't ask your customers to leave soon at 7:45 because you want to clean up. If you want to go home on time, put your store hour closing at 7:30. Won't come back. Gonna go to mango mango. Better service with more quality bubble and desert.
