Stumbled upon this Mongolian buffet while looking for somewhere different for dinner. We enjoyed it so much we went twice in one week. This create your own Asian bowl buffet was great for us since we've had WLS. We were able to load up on protiens like chicken, steak, and andouille sausage with eggs and veggies. They also had options like calamari and crab. They let us order the kids bowl and it was enough for 2-3 meals for both of us. Once you choose your proteins, veggies, and sauces you drop your bowl off to be cooked on a large grill kind of like a hibachi. Our first night there we had a wonderful waiter who was friendly; the second night's waitress wasn't as pleasant. Since we are recent bariatric patients we get judged a lot when we ask for kids portions and it's usually not until they see us not even be able to finish a kids portion that they suddenly realize we are legit. This waitress refused to give us standard to-go containers and instead gave us small boxes that barley fit our leftovers. When I asked for the larger one we received the night before she stated they weren't allowed to give those out anymore. At the same time there were waiters taking those same larger containers to other guests and they were sitting up by the grill. I should have just gotten them from there but didn't realize they were there until after I had been told no, and boxed ours up already. My husband felt very judged by our waitress, and I'll admit she wasn't overly pleasant even though we were low maintenance customers. Other than that hiccup everything was great.

After the service and treatment my family and I received Sunday July 17TH,2022 was so unacceptable. The restaurant and management definitely ruined my mother's event. It is pretty difficult to get her to come out due to covid-19, so this was supposed to be a very special event!! Not only did they ruin her birthday, but we barely got to eat. We didn't arrive at the restaurant close to closing yet all of the staff seemed to be ready to leave at 7. I will list my complaints since no one has decided to call back after a few days. 1. it took 30 mins to get a table although there were tables all around us for our small party of 4. 2. We sit and wait for about another 15-20 mins just to get a server. Once we did receive a server, she was pretty nice, but it still took her another 10 mins to come explain to the table what the process was. 3 Once half our table arrived to the food stations it was practically empty. So one of us asked for more of the main toppings (chicken, shrimp, noodles, etc) most options were empty or had very limited food inside. I am assuming you'll wanted us to scrub the bottom of the pan which is ridiculous. At this point we are still very respectful but had to wait another 20-25 mins just to convince someone in the kitchen to bring out more food. I would like to commend the young man who was working at the food station. He was the only one trying to get the food replaced. I am not understanding why you'll would want any of your customers to have scrub the bottom of a pan. As a restaurant manager for the past 3 years with over 10 years of experience under my belt the entire situation was terrible. Asked to speak to a manager and still got the run around. 4 The station was extremely dirty!!! The bare minimum is to keep things clean. No one even care that item on the counter were falling into fresh toppings. This use to be one of my favorite restaurants but after Sunday I will not be back. The fact that you'll have yet to address any of my concerts tell me more than what I need to know! I would not recommend this restaurant!

BD a fun place to have your own personable meal of whatever you want from meatballs to sausage to a variety of veggies topped with sauces and spices. It's your own kitchen prepped cooked right in front of you. My food was great nothing was over cooked, but I will say it was a lot more spicy/flavorful. This is most likely due to the grill past meals cooked on it and the lack of cleaning it. I'm not surprised by this because the tables and floors are both very sticky not to mention the bathroom is a mess. Although the place has great food I wish the over all place was more hygienic as this can result in some serious issues especially with bugs which no one wants.

I absolutely love their food and how fast it comes out! Service is amazing and servers especially are amazingly friendly and funny, gives us nicknames and even guides us if we need any help. I've been going to Bd Mongolians for 8 years and the only concern or issue I've ever had was with the floors and how sticky they are. Both me and my daughter realized that our flip-flops were breaking. We aren't very concerned but we do believe that maybe these floors should be cleaned a little more often then they already are! The cooks who grill our food always cook them perfectly. My daughter really enjoys the Island Teriyaki sauce with chicken, me as well. Our server/cooks plated our meal outstandingly and even put the rice on the side so we could mix it in ourself and gave us an extra side of Teriyaki sauce. Please consider my request on cleaning floors more often than usual because than I would rate this 5 stars! Outstanding restaurant, service, servers, frequently visited! I will always love this restaurant, forever! To: Bd Mongolians, thanks you all for making our trip/trips EXTRA amazing and delicious!!

Get a bowl. Put what you want in it, and let them cook it. If you don't like it.....then come back again and try a different combination. If you don't like it....then blame yourself. It's delicious. Load up on veggies as it cooks down quite a bit. Everyone is nice and laid back and friendly. All the staff wear shirts with ironic or slightly suggestive phrases. If you're a snowflake, you may get offended....it's just a shirt.
