Pho and Rice offers the option Pho in Cleveland! They offer endless options, to include vegan options. Be prepared to drink the broth! I recommend the P2, Veggie Pho, Shrimp or Mango Salad, Strawberry Smoothie, Thai Ice Tea and Thai Ice Coffee.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are clearer identified and extremely delicious.Kid-friendliness: Restaurant is kid friendly and offers kid friendly options. My children split the P2 with an order of extra noodles.

Visit at least 6 times a month! Love the pho and banh mi. Food consistently great.
This place looks like a hole in the wall but don't let that fool you. Hands down best Pho I've had.

Very rude, the lady did not talk to me at all. I asked questions about the food she just act as if she didn’t hear me ( I had to ask the young lady working there if the lady understood English, and she did.) when the lady came with my food the young lady told her that was my food, she walked past me and took my food to another customer who had just placed an order. Food is not worth the hassle ?

Ok, so after a 2 year hiatus and not stopping on to Pho and rice, it's taken a step back. I went in for lunch, and they pointed to a to go menu. I ordered, and they took payment before eating and brought me a to go bowl, yet I was dining in? It was odd. The next issue was a foul odor, and the chicken in my hot and sour soup tasted off. it was still good, just something wasn't right. It used to be one of my favorite spots for pho, but unfortunately, it's gotten off kilt, so I will think twice before returning.

The picture of the inside of restaurant online does not depict how the restaurant looks inside. The restaurant was filthy. If you look to the back past the register into the kitchen it is equally filthy. The presentation of my food did not look like it did online the vegetables were not fresh, and the mushrooms were canned. I will not be back.

Gam was wonderful in helping me decide what I wanted and told me to try a tea which was amazing . Normally I would’ve asked for sauce but it was already so flavorful and well seasoned I didn’t need any. Amazing service from Gam.
Great little place with awesome food definitely worth checking out if you've never had Pho (Vietnamese soup)Vegetarian options: They offer a tofu Pho

Tables were all kind of sticky, my drunken noodles weren’t very flavorful until I got most of the way through them, then there was a little flavor at the bottom. They were served in a paper bowl, which was disintegrating a bit on the bottom. My wife’s pho was a lot yummier, but only had 4-5 small pieces of meat in it so she had to order extra meat. They were fast in bringing the food out

Yeah no! Ordered teriyaki chicken- the chicken was extremely bland literally boiled chicken chunks not even sliced dumped ontop of a sauce of some sort not 100% sure you can call it teriyaki sauce- I asked about spring rolls which most Asian restaurants fry so I just feel like the person over the phone should have maybe brought that to my attention so I could have maybe chosen their crispy rolls which are seemingly more like a spring roll you would get anywhere else- very disappointed a complete waste of $20 - especially with economy being what it is and every business having insane inflations- I’ll never order here again I only came bc tree country was closed

At Pho and Rice the food is the star attraction. If you're fearful of trying new things, Pho and Rice isn't for you. But I found their Vietnamese cuisine to be very good and unique. The restaurant aesthetics could be better and there was some cultural clash. But overall, I give them a thumbs up and quoting Arnold Schwarzenegger, "I'll be back!"
