Stop in this afternoon. Just wanted to order a beef patty. I waited for almost 10 mins as 2 employees prepared other orders in the kitchen. I finally got the attention of the guy and asked if they had beef patties available he said yes and went right back to what he was doing. Never said we'll be with you shortly or anything just kept doing what he was doing. I waited another 3 mins then left with nothing. Foods good the service is trash.

This is the second time I’ve had a problem. I never write reviews.. not even after bad experiences because people make mistakes. Enough is enough though.The first complaint is them serving cold food. A month ago I had to make them put my order in the microwave because they gave me cold jerk chicken and the rice was luke warm.This time, I ordered a small jerk chicken dinner and they told me I had to buy a large because they ran out of small boxes. I asked them to just put a small portion in the large box but he said it’s against company policy…. SIR!!!! What company!?!!!? How you have a policy like that when yall ain’t making many sales tonight? I’m done.

This place never disappoint food is always great you just know that the chef back there is cooking with some love at his finger tips lol. They even do breakfast too!!! It's been a while since I've had some real good Jamaican breakfast and let me tell you it was worth the wait!!!!Vegetarian options: You can ask for things and they will adjust it for you within reason

Pin Pin for the Win Win!We grabbed take out from heat for the first time. We had actually never heard of the place before. I saw a reel from Eat Local Ohio and HAD to try it. It was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Boy was it well worth it!Oxtails- ✅Jerk chicken- ✅Curry chicken- ✅Rice and Peas- ✅Cabbage- ✅Mac and cheese- ✅EVERYTHING was AMAZING!The young lady that waited on us was such a sweetheart. She was so helpful and even went over my bill with me before she ran my card because it was a somewhat hefty tab.All in all, a wonderful dining experience and we will definitely be returning.

My first time trying this place and I’m super disappointed. I even drove from further away. Away from my favorite usual Jamaican restaurants like Island Cuisine and Caribbean delight just to try it. At 6 o’clock they was already out of Jerk chicken and beef patties. They didn’t tell me this before I came to the counter, though. With that being my favorite food to get from Jamaican restaurants, I was kinda hesitant to try something new. I was convinced into getting the oxtail because I was told It was good from the server. The oxtail Definitely disappointed me. the meat does not fall off The bone and it’s very chewy. It’s kind of like the texture of beef jerky. And for almost $20 I feel like I should have more for my meal. I probably will never try this place again. I feel like I wasted my money. The rice is good, however. Overall, I give the food a three out of 10.

I went to the Harvard location today and ordered Jerk chicken. The chicken was dry and burnt. Why is Sheldon not cooking the Jerk, and Where is Porsha she has great customer service skills and a good personality. What's going at Pin Pin get it together. !!
