Once every 50 year gathering. We sat on the patio for hours. Elaine took such good care of us. This was the perfect afternoon.

Found this place randomly at 12am and was able to get a seat quickly. The service was great and the food was delicious and home made. Will definitely save this place as a good late night food spot.

Being a person of color we are NOT WELCOMED here, the bartenders will ignore you as much as possible and once you get service it is poor. This is my 3rd time trying this place and each time I’ve been treated terribly, I am made to wait while other customers not of color were shown attentiveness, quick and personable service. I literally waited 20 min just to pick up a call in order when there were not even 10 people in the bar with 2 bar tenders working at 12:30am, my 2nd experience there were 3 people in the bar and I was ignored not even acknowledged for 15 min while the bar tender stood right in front of me while talking to another male not of color while polishing glasses after I said excuse can I place an order please. Another time I went in with a friend and had the same experience where we were ignored while others that were not of color were greeted promptly and helped with attentiveness with not even 10 people in the bar on the late night around 11pm. This place is not representative of the neighborhood which is very diverse, I grew up down the street from this place and I’m very disappointed by the treatment people of color receive when visiting this place.

The food here is far from typical bar food. I highly recommend the lamb shank and their French onion soup. Super relaxing atmosphere..and extremely family friendly.

I've eaten at many different establishments with every kind of person you can think of and this IS NOT a place for black people. It had a very unwelcoming vibe.Yet, the servers were decent. It's more of a tolerating "can't wait till they leave" kind of feeling more than anything else. I had fries while my friend had the sweet n smokey burger which looked good but wasn't as medium well as he wanted. He didn't say anything because he didn't want any drama. I absolutely refuse to go there again but if you do, order to go.

If I am near Lee Rd then there is a good chance that I will end up here for food and drinks at the end of the night. The new cocktail menu is fairly solid. 2 of the shining stars on the food menu are the French onion soup (a must get) and the Mac & Cheese. I will also say that I have tried other items as well and I have yet to have a bad meal.

Love the Kensington. Owner very personable. Live 40 miles away, but stop every time I'm in the area.

It’s a cozy sports bar in a lively area of town. The food is great, and at a decent price. Th staff are pleasant and inviting, plus you’ll often find the owner himself working alongside the staff. It may not be the flashiest, but I can’t think of many places as welcoming as this!

This place is epic! In town for Atlanta vs Pittsburgh Roller Derby and this place graciously hosted the afterparty. They handled the crowd, food delivery was flawless, and the fact that the owner came out to meet us made this even more amazing. The overall generosity and professionalism by this staff was above anything we could have expected.Adult beverage selection was incredible. I felt the food prices might be a bit high for a pub, but well worth it. Corn beef reuben was insanely delicious. Will be back in Cleveland in July and hope to revisit this place. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience
