I stopped on a Saturday for Lunch. Everything was great. Was all cooked fresh. They were very generous with all the condiments. Workers were very friendly. The Dinning area was small, but clean. I got mine to go.

People don't mind that 10-20 minute wait, that is for hot fresh food. But you can't have them wait and then pair the entree with day old, stone cold chips or hushpuppies! Find the happy medium or lose your customer base.

New ownership, questionable to bad service at the counter. (My experience was that I put in my order, then they gave me a receipt that is unreadable. Three people right behind me ordered almost the same order as me, they are served and walked out. The lady serving knew that she made a mistake by skipping me, so I got the lil hook up...) The chicken ? was deep fried to perfection and juicy 9/10, so the cook gets a shout out and a longer cigarette break, we ? you. The shrimp 6/10 were good but too much breading for the smallest shrimp in America. Hot sauce, bbq sauce, tartar sauce, malt vinegar, ketchup and cocktail sauce are your choice of condiments. Hush puppies are like small crispy baseballs but had a fishy taste 5/10. Good choice if you want breaded chicken or fish. The nostalgic memories of the 1970s and 80s Arthur Treacher's are now over for me.
