Great food. Everyone was fresh and timely. Definitely not the cheapest place but that absolutely fine. Highly recommend any of their steaks.

Ordered the ribs and they were awful, not tender at all. Husband ordered petite filet which was not even an inch thick. It didn’t appear to be cut from a tenderloin. Salt and pepper shakers were so soiled they stuck to my fingers . We have dined here before but won’t be back.

Happy hour specials are only available at the bar not at the table 3 feet from the bar. The food was ok; nothing stellar. Waitress was attentive. Beware they charge extra for credit cards. This only hurts the staff. Increase the cost of the food if you need to recover your 3% cc fee for doing business.

We went for an early dinner at 4pm to celebrate my husband's birthday. In retrospect, that was the best time to go because the restaurant is not overcrowded or noisy and we just wanted a quiet celebration. Our server was very friendly and efficient and the food was excellent. It had been a while since we were at this location, but will plan to go back much sooner since we rediscovered it.

Experience was alright. There were good parts and bad. A table of 2 and to start the waiter was extremely not attentive. It seemed as if they were understaffed, but per the amount of waiters to tables it was an appropriate ratio. Once we ordered a bottle of wine and cocktail he started to become more engaged. The moscato wine and cheese bread appetizer were really good. Their cocktails are mediocre as their espresso martini doesn't use actual espresso, but just flavored vodka. I ordered a Filet for an entree and asked for medium rare and I received medium well. My significant other received her petit filet correctly a temperature of medium rare. The price point is definitely cheaper than the restaurants we usually go to but the atmosphere is very loud, strong smelling and there wasn't anyone there within 30 years of my age. Which is okay for their high-age demographic, but makes you wonder why younger groups are seen here. Overall I would try this place but it doesn't stand out and won't go back.
We had a great Valentines Day dinner, our only issue was the booth we were in the overhead was too bright and could not be turned down, wish they could fix that, but it didn't make a difference in our enjoyment of the evening.

The complaint I have is the table we were seated was placed in an area where every time the door opened we felt the draft that came with it. Which that day was very cold. We asked if we could be moved but were told we have to sit where the computer placed us. That made the meal very uncomfortable and so we ate fast and left the restaurant. So not sure if I would return.

Party of 5 enjoyed ribs, chicken, pork chops and beef tips. Food was excellent as always, place was very busy, food came out in a timely manner and hot! Service by Mackenzie was amazing as for how busy it was! Always enjoy Austin's!!

I ordered the ribeye steak dinner to split with my husband. The meat was very tough. After a couple of bites I was no longer interested. My husband didn't finish his half either. We were disappointed.

We dined tonight to celebrate our four year anniversary. We walked in and the place was jampacked yet we got sat quickly after making a reservation on OpenTable from our driveway when leaving the house. Bri was our server and she was so very friendly and accommodating. Our food came quickly, appetizers, and dinner both. I really thought they did an awesome job with three servers taking care of the entire restaurant with a smile and delivering food in a short amount of time, that was absolutely amazing! My husband and I had the petite fillet and it was done to perfection !
