Very mediocre Mexican food. It's like it's been filtered through a panel id tasters from Parma -- Ohio, that is. The veggie tacos had no flavor other than a vague sauce. The "queso fundido" tasted like flour and paste. The chips were decent. Go here if you don't mind if your Mexican food tastes like it came from somewhere other than Mexico.

I visited Avo Modern Mexican in Cleveland, Ohio for dinner and it was a great experience! Unfortunately, we were unable to dine in that evening, but I went inside to pick up our order. The restaurant had a nice layout and great decor. The food was also delicious. I ordered one of each of the Birra Tacos and my favorite was the chorizo. We also got the House Guac, Corn & Shrimp Guac, Fajita Bowl, and chips, and everything was delicious!

My husband loved the habanero margarita. We both loved everything we had: steak taco, lobster taco & veggie taco. We also had three different salsa/guacamole to start. We will be back for sure!Vegetarian options: Veggie taco!

If you're used to good mexican this is a 4 star place. If you realize you're in Ohio and the options are abysmal this is 100% a 5 star place. Can't wait to return and try some new things out but it was a great vibe and the food was delicious!
