Ordered online using the app, had to wait half an hour past the estimated time to get any food and they messed up multiple items in my order. When I try to contact them through the online customer service form, they ignore it. Do not go here they have no regard or respect for their customers.

Is a nice place until you’re waiting over an hour + 40 mins for your food and an additional 20 for a can of beer- Yes, from the time you sit down until you actually get it in front of you- and then all you receive from the manager is a pat on the shoulder as well as a dollar off discount from your tab. Do yourself a favor and ASK what the wait time is for food to table, as you will not be told by any of the staff they are “training”. If you want a quick bite to eat, this might not be the place to go in a hurry. If you’ve got all night, right on. Also, forget about asking for lids & boxes, they will not give them to you.

This place is run by a bunch of kids who have no idea what's going on. Take out orders say they will be ready in 15 when in reality it's an hour before they're ready and no one knows what's going on, especially the hostess. There's no room to stand inside the door so you have to wait outside for your food or table. Good idea but poorly executed.

Travel from sandusky to get these tacos on the regular. Amazing tacos and the staff has always been super welcoming. My husband has celiac disease and has never had a reaction as well.
Perhaps one of the most delicious tacos I have had in a while. Got the make your own bowl with pork and the flavors were amazing. Paired that with a chorizo soft taco with aioli which was also delicious. Great food and great service!! Can't wait to roll back into town and check this place out again.

Asked for water and the first glass had something in it so I asked for another. The second glass had the thing I seen in the first glass in a different place on the cup in the water. This should have been an indication to leave. Food was ordered and it was terrible. Marinated steak tasted horrible like the meat was old and the chicken tasted like it was microwaved. Awful!! I will not be back! And I drove to tremont because I don't care for the one in Lakewood. The manager didn't charge me for 3 of the tacos but the food should have been free because majority of the food was left on the table.
