I remember coming here years ago, they still had the buffet in the middle. It's not there anymore but the taste and great service still are. Great to dine for any occasion!

We were in area for the eclipse. No Big Boy around me anymore, so decided to have some comfort food. Food and atmosphere were exactly as I expected. It's Big Boy. Their spaghetti and meat sauce hasn't changed in over 40 years, lol. It was better than expected. They drained it well, lol. Place was clean and well maintained. The waitress was AMAZING!!!!! Boss, pay her more. She's gold. You should be able to figure out who she is. Monday evening, 7 or 8-ish. Spaghetti, bowl of beef barley, paid with plastic, $20 tip

If your wanting to try the Mr Beast food-DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Flyers bar in parma heights is 100 times better and also serves the Mr Beast bg line.If you goto big boy they do not use the crinkle fries(which is what Mr beast sells) they also do not season the Seasoned fries.I have tried the 3 locations around that serve the Mr beast bg line and 2 or the 3 where great. Big boy however completely failed. I bought water bottles but got cups of water. Got a cold grilled cheese that had no butter and clearly was a different bun then both the other locations had. Oh and they forgot all my cookies. I would have gone back to complain but I don't want any encouragement to ever go back there again

This has been my neighborhood Big boy's for years. Today's experience was made absolutely horrible by the most obnoxious, demeaning so-called manager Matt. The way he has spoken to the staff even to the customers was so demeaning. Talking about this is his store, well Mr so called manager Matt this is not your store but I'm sure the actual owner will be hitting you up soon.
We drove 50 minutes!Always delicious!Tabitha was our waitress....she should teach a master class! Perfect attitude!
